Scheduled a appointment, had confirmation text and when it came moving day no call and no show. Called and emailed multiple times and no answer or callback. Left me hanging as I had to be out of the house. Luckily found another place but would absolutely caution against using them if it involves a move out since you arriving on the scheduled day is vital. Do not use!

Well, usually I don't like to rate people for their work, but today I will make the exception. I hired Portland EZ Junk Removal’s services to pick up a lot of trash from my back yard, wood etc. I have to say they were professional and quite polite. I loved how remove they left my backyard. Additionally, they were right on time which I love as they didn't keep me waiting for them. I totally recommend there services for anyone that needs to haul some trash.

I am very happy to post this review about Portland EZ Junk Removal. They are the most professional, punctual, and pleasant folks I've ever worked with on junk removal projects. I began doing some work on my backyard and found that the contractors who renovated our house buried a lot of the debris in our yard! I discovered concrete, nails, beams, etc. They came out to my house and gave me a free estimate to remove all of it away. Then I spent a week comparing prices and services but trust no one could beat them.

In short, we had a mountain of trash and debris from our garage and back-yard. This company sent an expert crew who arrived punctually, described their plan and pricing, and we sealed the deal. The workers were polite, professional, and the price was very affordable. They even cleaned the area where the trash had been piled up.
