If a pre-authorization is needed, we work with your physician and insurance company to expedite the approval process. My prescription was called in on Monday at 12, it’s a compounded medication was told it would be ready that afternoon. I called on Tuesday still not ready, and was told it would be ready that afternoon same story. I went today at lunch to pick it up and was told it would be another 50 min and they would call me when ready. It’s been 3 hours no call. In the meantime I called the Dr and they sent it to another pharmacy, which had it ready in 20 minutes.

Manor Pharmacy is great! My 3 meds were costing $116 (out of pocket, no ins.) at Wal-Mart. I decided to check out prices at Manor Pharmacy and BOOM! Mind blown! They charged $38 for all three meds!
Wal-Mart has been ripping me off for three months. I'm staying with Manor Pharmacy for the long haul.

I have been getting my husbands prescriptions filled here for about a year, and have never had a problem. They are always filled on time, no matter if I need them filled within a hour or by the end of the week... they're always ready. When switching pharmacies, my main concern was someone who could get anything thrown at them as my husband is on several medications and they change frequently... but they've handled everything thrown at them from my husbands doctors with the BEST of them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have been in a few times in the last week because of a sick animal. This is because I am trying to find a medication that he will tolerate. The guys here have been very helpful in helping me find a solution that will work since he will have to be on these meds the rest his life.
