I have to thank the staff at Courville on Webster St. for an incredibly wonderful experience , (ongoing), since the 2nd week of March. The tremendous care and concern she has been shown by her nurses, aides, kitchen staff, and administration has allowed our family to leave her knowing she is in good hands.
Having to deal with impatient elderly, and I'm sure their families who probably don't realize how busy the staff is, is a job in itself. Kudos to all...especially the staff I know on her level...3rd. floor. Thank you a thousand times.
