Services
In all levels of care, the experienced staff at Summerhill Assisted Living is dedicated to providing comfortable and secure assisted living options to seniors and their families. Our quality elder care includes three meals a day, laundry and housekeeping services, as well as transportation and social, recreational, and wellness programs.
Summerhill Assisted Living provides each resident with an individual service plan which is developed by our Health Service Director and reviewed on a regular basis to maintain the most comprehensive and appropriate level of services. All services are provided in an environment that respects individuality, privacy and choice while allowing for spiritual, educational and entertainment opportunities through a vast array of social events.
Along my career I have worked in healthcare, public health and most recently social services, serving older adults and those with disabilities. I have a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Science from Keene State College and hold a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Norwich University. When I am not at Summerhill, my husband, Ian and I enjoy cooking and entertaining our growing family and friends.
Summerhill Assisted Living is located 1.2 miles West of the intersection of Rt. 202 South and Rt. 101 in Peterborough, New Hampshire. At the top of the hill, turn left onto Old Dublin Road and Summerhill is the first place on the left. If heading East on Rt. 101 and you miss the turn, continue to the bottom of the hill and take the first right, then right again and Summerhill will be on your right just before reaching Rt. 101.

I couldn't disagree more than the (1) star review left. My mom has been in Memory Care since September 2016 and we couldn't be happier with the care she's received. She is observed very carefully, we are notified of any changes in medications the psychiatrist recommends, she is relatively active and social, has wonderful meals that are well-balanced and healthy. I could go on and on all of Summer-hills very positive qualities. I highly recommend this facility. I know my mother is getting excellent care.
