Lisa earned a bachelor of science in dental hygiene at Oregon Health Sciences University and has over three decades of dental experience. She's been with our office since 2014. As a dental hygienist, Lisa is responsible for helping to keep your teeth clean and your smile healthy.
When asked what she loves most about being a dental hygienist, Lisa says it's "seeing the difference I can make in a patient's oral health, as well as building a personal relationship with them."She decided to pursue a career as a dental hygienist after her high school mentor (a dentist) encouraged her to give it a try.

Developed temperature and pressure sensitivity in a tooth over the weekend. Called Desert Dental at 8 AM Mon and got an appt for that afternoon. Dr. Wieseler diagnosed a beginning infection and said I need a root canal. Made a referral and appt for me for a little over an hour later in Richland with a specialist. Office had sent insurance info by time I got out of dental chair. I left for home then Richland immediately. Dr. there confirmed diagnosis and I got back with my root canal completed by 5 PM. Excellent service and very professional. Good, caring people.

Hands-down the best dentist I’ve ever encountered. The staff is equally as great. Quality and professional care; you cannot go wrong by choosing this dentist office. Clean friendly environment. They also work with you about getting the proper work done and being able to make payments when needed. This office is truly a diamond in the rough located in the small town of Hermiston, Oregon.
