J. Kyle House, D.D.S.received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and served as a General Dentist in the US Army. While stationed in Giessen, Germany, he was given the opportunity to treat children and discovered that pediatrics was clearly his favorite field.
The main reason for going to the dentist regularly - every 6 months - is prevention. The goal is to prevent tooth decay, gum disease and other disorders that put the health of your teeth, gums and mouth at risk. Professional cleaning is usually performed by a dental hygienist, a specially trained and licensed dental professional.
Payment for professional dental services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and most major credit cards.
The pediatric dentist has an extra two to three years of specialized training after dental school, and is dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teenage years. The very young, pre-teens, and teenagers all need different approaches in dealing with their behavior, guiding their dental growth and development, and helping them avoid future dental problems.
Our office, as well as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, recommends that your child visit the dentist by his/her 1st birthday. You can make the first visit to the dentist enjoyable and positive. Your child should be informed of the visit and told that the dentist and their staff will explain all procedures and answer any questions.

Very caring and compassionate group of people to care for your littles!! They try everything to make sure your little one remains comfortable, no prying or pressure into doing something. The Dr. is amazing too thoroughly explains what needs to be done, the procedure and what is expected for after care.
