TPI stands for Titleist Performance Institute and is the world's leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. To have an efficient swing does not mean that a player has to have an aesthetically pleasing golf swing; everyone moves their body differently to get the ball in the air.

Hi, I'm Scott, founder of SESSIONS BE-FIT. I studied Sports Management at Farmingdale State College and learned how to implement healthy eating into my resistance training regimen. It made such a difference! I have a passion for fitness and nutrition and I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Titleist Performance Institute Instructor, and a Certified Nutrition Specialist.
Learn how to minimize your risk for injury and eliminate mechanical inefficiencies in your golf swing with a TPI Golf Swing Analysis. I am trained and certified to identify physical limitations and common golf swing characteristics that you may not even be aware of. Once we identify any weaknesses, we can work together to make corrections, many of which are not difficult but rather, a matter of repetition and muscle memory.
I decided to work with Scott after he was referred to me from a top college player. My goal was to improve my game, benefit from Scott's golf knowledge and improve my overall health at the same time. After working out under Scott's direction I improved my game significantly through added flexibility and strength.

I’ve been active and exercising for a long time, so motivation has never been a problem for me. Working with Scott has been a great decision and I’ve gotten great results. They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks but Scott has taught me how to work out smarter, more effectively and efficiently. I’ve learned better form and he’s added more variety and options to my workouts. I feel better and couldn’t be happier. No matter what your health and fitness goals are, I’d recommend talking to Scott and giving him a try, you won’t regret it!

Scott has helped me in many ways. Such as learning how to eat right, lose weight and gain muscle. When I first met Scott, I realized how much food I was actually eating and Scott showed me the tools on how to eat less, feel full and lose weight.

I’ve been training with Scott for about 1 year. He is a great guy, very personable and encouraging. He’s an awesome trainer. He always plans the perfect workout and helps me to reach my goals.
