They moved to San Diego, where Dawn's husband was stationed, and found they absolutely loved the area.
The Medlite Q-Switched Nd: YAG uses high-intensity pulses of laser light to target the tattoo pigment. When particles of tattoo ink absorb the laser light, they are broken into tiny fragments. These fragments are then absorbed through the body's natural cleansing mechanism. State-of-the-art lasers are used to direct energy at the ink in your tattoo for a fraction of a second.
The body naturally produces collagen and elastin or the primary building blocks of youthful, firm, and glowing skin. As your body ages, your body slows down the production of collagen and elastin. The breakdown of collagen and elastin is different for everyone but happens to us all eventually. However, it is not the only reason for facial aging.
Vampire Aesthetics uses your own body's proteins and growth factors to regenerate healthy tissue and restore lost skin volume. Dermapen is a highly advanced skin rejuvenation therapy system, which utilizes a handheld, pen-like device with 11 fine, 33-gauge needles vertically inserted into the skin. Dermapen's micro-needles create a series of micro-channels in the skin, which stimulate the body's natural reparative process and generates more collagen or the main structural protein in the skin.

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. I think this place is great. Dawn is quick and professional. She even offers a touch up if after a week you notice that you still have movement. There is always plenty of parking, and Dawn gets you in and out of there quickly. I've been here a few times now and have only had a very positive experience. I will continue to go to EC Medical Group! Also, the ladies who work at reception are also very kind and helpful. I think this place is great!!

I have been coming here for years, and realized I had not given the recognition this place deserves. The entire staff at EC Med makes you feel warm and welcomed, every single person I have personally dealt with has been nothing but amazing. The customer service is top notch. Even if the hours are un-practical, I still choose to come here. Plus, if a business chooses to have certain hours, but provides A+ service, we should respect that. I respect that. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place.

I came here for botox and I have no idea what I actually received why ? I work in the medical field and from what I understand results should last 6 months and my results were minimal and lasted not even a month. Staff is great at sugar coating and getting your hopes up but they were barely over 20s.

The care received here is outstanding, and the prices are the best in San Diego. Dawn is extremely experienced and over the many years that I've been her patient, I've never had any problems or issues with any of the many services I've received. Dawn has helped me to greatly improve my skin and my health. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would never go anywhere else for my med spa services.

Until today, I have always ignored the bad Yelp and Google reviews about this place since over 15 years, I've had good service here.
I was shocked to find this "wellness" service that puts its practitioners a foot away from their customers' faces openly declaring they were not getting vaccinated or wearing masks.
Your freedom of choice ends when it endangers another person and endangers the economy. If a medical group doesn't believe in germs or disease transmission, what quality is their treatments?

I was very disappointed to walk in and see 3 people without masks on. Two customers and an employee at the front counter. I stood as far away as I could and asked if they had a mask requirement and was told that they did not, which is in violation of county health orders. We don’t live in TX. One customer started saying she had a breathing problem... whether it’s true or not my objection. Clearly they had 2 other people without masks. This place is a complete scam. They've changed their name multiple times to avoid legal trouble. Don't fall for their deals or Groupons. Dawn is extremely unprofessional and she knows they are conning new customers. She gets aggressive when asked questions about procedures, pricing, or results. Used to own another clinic called Kayou. Take your money and go to a better place!

I moved and found EC Medical because it is super close to my work. I have been blessed with RBF and I get headaches from squinting in any bit of sunlight and found stopping the frowning helps my headaches tremendously. Unfortunately, the salon I used to go to offered a product that EC Medical does not carry. Dawn had me give Botox another try. I seem to be the freak 1% (ginger too) that Botox doesn't work for. Dawn tried several times with touch ups to see if we can get it to work. They never made me feel bad for coming back and Dawn and the staff are very welcoming. After several attempts

I've been going here for several months and each time has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly (in person and on the phone), the wait time is not long, the parking is easy, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. I enjoy it every time I come here, I see Dawn each time and she's extremely knowledgeable about health, she knows what it takes to be truly healthy, which is not something you get from most places.

If I could go back in time and not buy anything from this place I would. It has been a waste of my money and time. I bought a special on Groupon and then decided that I would by more specials. The laser does not work.I am not happy with the results. They have canceled and postponed my treatments and have promised extra sessions to make up for it.
