My passion for remodeling and repairs started in 1999 when I began learning basic construction skills as an apprentice to numerous contractors.

We hired Dan to install a new door, frame and install a new closet and install crown moulding. He did a great job, from start to finish. When I requested a quote, he responded in less than an hour. His estimate was competitive with other guys and very detailed. I appreciated that he was friendly, courteous, and respectful of my home.

Dan has been my ‘go to’ handyman since I bought my house two years ago. He has repaired and installed fans, walls, and doors. Painted, helped me create a new bathroom, and countless other jobs large and small. Dan communicates well, is punctual, and is essential to helping me problem solve difficult tasks. I would hire him exclusively for myself if I had enough work.

I found JDM (Dan) on a community Facebook group highly recommended by a few members. I was looking for a handyman to build a custom wooden cover to hide my AC unit. But by chance, I also asked about a custom pantry project I wanted in my kitchen. I've received 3 other quotes from cabinetry companies. All were above my budget for semi custom and mediocre materials. I showed Dan pictures and he understood what I was looking for and quoted me within budget.
He completed the project in 3 days! He just had to come back to install the doors that I had to order. Dan exceeded my expectations. Good

JDM Local Pro (Dan) had installed a custom pantry for me. I had an idea of what I wanted, shared pictures of what I wanted it to look like and Dan exceeded my expectations, all at a price that was lower than I was quoted for basically ready-made cabinets that they will just install on my walls. Mr. Medina is a knowledgeable, highly skilled, experienced, responsive, respectful, and reliable professional that works quickly and efficiently, providing excellent value. Dan helped me with several small projects around my house, that I've been putting off for some time. Dan is very professional, easy to talk to you and very detail oriented. He intially visited my home to understand each task to evaluate and provide me a quote on. He provided a detailed quote for each task and it was up to me to pick and choose which ones I wanted to proceed with. Everything is done digitally which I found most convenient for me. I made an inquiry via Yelp regarding utilizing my microwave as a kitchen vent on Saturday. I would need to have the vent tubes installed along with holes made. I provided a photo for reference.

Daniel is our new handyman from now on. My husband and I really liked him. He's very nice, polite and professional. He got our dishwasher installed properly. I had him installed my water filter faucet and sink faucet, a couple of power outlets, finished up the kitchen backsplash. We are most definitely going to hire him again for our next projects.
