Blake Riley Homes is a full-service, award-winning design team that has specialized in upgrading Orange County homes for more than 10 years. Our design team takes care of it all - including planning, working with contractors, overseeing the day-to-day options, and production.

Blake Riley did the staging for our lake forest house. Decent price with excellent service! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the house looked after staging! We closed escrow a little after one month. Jimmy was so pleasant to work with from the beginning to the end. We will definitely recommend Blake Riley to everyone who is looking for a staging company!

Sue and her team are AMAZING. Thoughtful, insightful, talented - they were able to help us in the months before my baby boy was born with our new home. They BUILT a lovely built-in in our entry (ALL our neighbors have asked who we contracted to build it), and meticulously curated pieces for our living room, dining room, entry way and master bedroom. Even with massive shipping delays from backlogged orders with the furniture stores, Sue and her team worked tirelessly to make sure install-day happened before or baby arrived. I hired Blake Riley Homes to stage my listing after my sellers moved out of their home. They did a fantastic job of transforming each space and creating an inviting enviroment. We sold the home in 2 weeks after it Was staged.

Sue Kim had taken our home from a toddler jungle to an amazing place that feels fresh and airy with a clean color palette. It is as if she came in and whisked in the sunshine and air. After having our town home on the market for a few weeks, we were getting feedback that buyers were concerned it was too small. It was vacant, and it was hard to imagine the space as livable. I spoke with Jimmy from the very beginning and everything was smooth every step of the way. Communication was excellent. They were punctual and responsive. I left a lockbox for the day the staging was scheduled and they let me know when they were finished, which was exactly when they said it would be. First, they are busy so they may be able to initiate your project right away. Second, they do not provide detailed estimates and invoices. I get that some of these projects don't warrant a detailed estimate but if you want to understand at the beginning of a project how each decision (e.g. one type of tile over another) will impact the cost, you will not get that level of

Sue is amazing! I first found her through Instagram and messaged her to help me stage my old house! She did an amazing job and she is really easy to work with. She gave me great tips for what's in trend for home decorations and the house got a lot of compliments during the open house (got offers within the first couple of weeks) and from other home owners. I referred her to some of my friends and they are all pleased with working with her and the insight she is able to give to them. I would definitely recommend her if you want a job well done!
