Hands down the BEST customer service possible. I did not buy at Quaid, but only bc they just didnt have the Harley I wanted. I did find my bike but I wish it had been from Quaid. B has been incredible. The follow up and follow through she provides is amazing. Ill be sending all my friends to Quaid to see B & Nick.

The Motorcyclist Training Course is designed for the novice rider with no (or limited) street-riding experience. A typical class schedule consists of 5 hours of classroom instruction and 10 hours of riding practice. During this motorcycle riding course, you will learn fundamental skills required to operate the motorcycle and progress to street riding skills and strategies.

Hands down RACO is most Freandly customer service advisor gave me a good price on a used bike and they have a big selection of used and new bikes fast financing once I found my baby I was in and out in about an hour I couldn't be happier with my purchase Quaid turned it for a life long dream to reality 😁😀 I still can't believe she's mine lol thank you RACO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely ask for RACO won't be disappointed you will leave with a smile 😁 on your face and a new set of Harley Davidson key's 😁

So I called up rich inquiring about a 2015 softail I explained what kind of bikes Im into what style (beginner rider new to motorcycles) he made me feel good about what I was inquiring about I told him Im not set and no pressure he said no problem you have my number Let me know what I can do when youre ready next day I show up to see the bike DIDNT LIKE IT but he gave me a chance to look around fell in love with the low rider S coming from someone in the same line of work he did a great job at making me happy ! When we arrived at the sales floor we looked around a bit without anyone attempting to push you into a sale. When I was ready they were too! Spoke with Adrian who was very happy to greet and assist us. He showed me great options and crunched the numbers. As we waited for approval Kanessa greated us who also was a pleasure. She fitted me with a jacket, helmet and safety gloves of my choice. Man I loved it. The prices aren't so bad either, very reasonable. Great atmosphere, great quality. Thanks guys what a great first time experience!

The amazing customer service! Rich was incredible, originally I called to speak with someone else, but Rich helped me due to the other person not being available. He got me to the right bike which is an awesome 2014 Street Glide. He gave me some extra perks like a $200 gift card to help me with my purchase of my helmet.
