If i could give zero stars i would. this woman is extremely rude and unprofessional. i will never give my business to her as she cannot do her job and gossips and misrepresents things. my family are so disappointed at the lack of care and professionalism by this woman and all she cares is herself and to end the sale to get her money quickly and doesn't care about anyone else.

Cheryl was fantastic. She went above and beyond when finding our new home and negotiating a deal that others said couldn't be done. Cheryl Marquis is not someone I would recommend. There was a clear inability to"communicate" with her amongst other issues. We asked to rescind the listing agreement. She demanded to be paid for her expense and "then some" to cancel. I did not agree simply based on principle. Ultimately, I was forced to sign an agreement in order to remove her from the remainder of the initial listing agreement. That agreement required that I do not say anything disparaging about her or the broker during the listing. According to two neighbors, she was "rude & borderline disrespectful
