Michael was extremely helpful and patient in answering any questions I had - he called me even though he couldn't offer me coverage and then remained on the line with me providing me with answers and advice based on my situation. To go above and beyond for someone who isn't even a customer was just incredible! Incredibly rare service and helpfulness. When I'm eligible for open enrollment I will definitely be coming back to Michael.

When my wife and I were ready to change our insurances, we were not out looking for "the best price". Denisse and Bravo insurance already had a great reputation, so we knew we wanted to go there. After paying close attention to our needs and wants in her lovely and welcoming office, she came back to us with almost $1,000 per year savings for our two cars and home. She even showed us how and WHY we had been overpaying for our home insurance.... and had the Arizona Statute there to validate her words.
