in today's world it is rare to find a person like Devon. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing, why he was doing it and what it would cost. Very professional in his approach and demeanor. Devon is also just a nice person. I highly recommend him and his company for appliance repairs.

I highly recommend DMartin Home Appliance Repair. Devon is not just a great repairman but he's an all-round great guy. We had a bit of an emergency, our son and his wife have a baby on the way and our dryer went out. Devon came out to diagnose the problem on a Saturday. He ordered the replacement part for us, and came out the evening that the part arrived. He's a one man operation, knows his business and takes pride in his work. You won't get the same pride from one of the bigger repair services. Devon didn't just install the replacement part, he took a long time to verify that everything else

Our washing machine stopped draining, and Mr. Williams came out within a couple of days to repair it. Our washing machine is now working, and he was prompt, courteous, and safe (wore a mask and observed social distancing protocols). He was forthcoming and transparent when it came to the cost of the parts and tried to find us the best price possible for the part that was needed. In this case, the prices on amazon were best, but we would have had to wait longer for the part because, as we all know, deliveries are running on "pandemic" time. He was able to go up the road and get the part

We have a Miele dishwasher that needed to be repaired. We called Miele and they recommend D Martin Appliances. The owner of the company is Devon Martin.
Devon came for a diagnostic visit. He determined what he thought was the problem and we scheduled another appointment.
He is very personable, knowledgeable, professional and clearly knows what he is doing. Our dishwasher now works.
He is very reasonable. We will definitely use him again. He does the big 5 appliances - washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher and stove top.
Both Rick and I want to thank Devon for a job well done.

Our dryer broke (would spin but no heat produced), so I called 5 different companies to get various estimates and find out diagnostic fees. Devon of DMartin was by far the easiest person I spoke to - answered himself, professional, able to come the next day. He arrived and got right to work, diagnosed the problem, and charged us way less than what others estimated. The issue was a broken fuse and the whole repair was $89, which included his $79 diagnostic/house call fee which goes towards the repair if you choose to use him. More reasonable than other companies, some of which charge you to come

I highly recommend DMartin Home Appliance Repairs! Our washing machine started making terrible noises and was stuck in the "unbalanced load" mode even after redistributing the laundry. After calling around to quite a few places on a holiday, most of which never returned our calls, we received a prompt response from Devon. He came to our house two days later and, after an hour, had diagnosed that some springs in our washer were failing. He ordered the new parts and installed them the next day.
