Zero stars if possible. I got a tat here and it got infected--they denyed responsibility at first but it was their fault so they came around and gave a me a free tat for comp. I avoided them and got 7 other tats at 4 other places over the years, no issues. Then covid hit and i needed my sleeve done,and i got turned down by 4 artists for a lace peice (they say its "too monotonous" and "not fun to do"🙄) so i heaved a sigh and went back here. BAD IDEA. Billy Jack is VERY heavy handed; the tat is all lines but he spent 2 hours drawing and it still came out with many garage-status flaws. It healed

If you’re ever flying by the seat of your pants and decide to treat yourself to a tattoo, Jaded Soul on SE Division is the place to go. I went in not completely sure of the design I wanted, but after careful deliberation, Donny (the artist) and I decided on an adorable, American Traditional Primrose. I really liked the initial design we pulled from and then fell in love with the end result he came up with. Donny was amazing and patient through the whole process. I will definitely come back to him for my next on-a-whim piece. All around good vibes in this shop. Clean, fun & flexible.

I personally have around 40 tattoos and this was the only shop I've ever had issues with steer clear of this bag of jokes shop and its bag of jokes owner I literally had to get a cover up on my tattoo it was so bad and the owner who attempted to fix it made two appointments with me and canceled them both before I went to a different tattoo shop and just said cover it up

This place has a very welcoming vibe to it. I first heard about it when I was in High school and it was in a near by location. Me and a long time friend decided to get tattoos. We went here and before going in my friend was nervous because it was her first time and the last place she went to they didn't respect her idea. She told the artist Reed what she wanted and he was thrilled to work with her! He completely accommodated her and made sure she was happy with his drawing. I came in recently and had a tattoo done and Reed was absolutely amazing. It was hard on me physically but he kept checking

I went in about a year ago for a coverup tattoo. Tomma was my artist and she is very talented. She drew something up to cover that is beautiful and I get many compliments on it, however it just wasn't quite what I wanted initially and I wouldn't complain because it is a gorgeous piece. But she advised we switch the colors around to cover the old tattoo. The old tattoo is still pretty visible. It was a tough piece to cover and it is a beautiful piece on top so 4 stars. Depending on what I need I may go back.

Thanks to a staff member for letting me know where my previous artist went. I may have been salty and left a negative star review, but due to their super professional and quick response; I am giving them four stars.
They are clean and have a nice space with ample parking. Although it is not the best location in my opinion, the staff really does care about their clients and the energy they have in their space.
