We have a $100 minimum. Tattoos under 3 hours are priced by the piece and are subject to a number of factors including size, detail, placement on the body, and style. Rates for larger pieces start at $160/hour. A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. We take walk ins every day!

I came in on 1/11/22 as a walk in to get a butterfly tattoo with my friend. We were greeted by the apprentice, Simone, who informed us that the artists were too busy at the time. She let us check out her work, and offered to tattoo me. Simone was fabulous! She took her time, listened to me, was very kind, and detailed. If she hadn't told me she was an apprentice I never would have guessed. My friend thought the tattoo was wonderful and will be making an appointment with Simone. I already have my next tattoo booked with her in a few weeks! I'd highly recommend this artist and tattoo shop

Zachary Bailey is such a talented, professional, and comforting artist. He just completed an absolutely beautiful black and gray 3 rose design on my sons forearm today. My daughter has already emailed to book her first tattoo with him. I would highly recommend anyone go to him for their tattoo. The shop is clean, fun, and really just provides an fantastic experience.

Amazing tattoo experience. Jared was very friendly and professional. The place was clean, everyone wore masks and there was only one other couple in the building. The tattoo is still healing but looks pretty close to the design I made. Cost was also affordable, only $100, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Might get another tattoo and I will definitely be back here.

I read a lot of reviews and I saw that many people were not pleased with Jared. Many people said that he had an attitude and appeared to be "uncooperative" when it came to making changes to their tat whether it be size or design. Honestly, that made me skeptical but I will say, I did now have that problem. Whenever I wanted to make adjustments or change the size, Jared was 100% cool and accommodating. I'm VERY pleased with my tat AND his work but I feel like my tat needs more. More of what? Idk. But hopefully I can get another appointment with him to discuss what "more"

Carrie was absolutely fabulous, the best experience I've ever had getting a tattoo. I previously went to another shop looking to get the same tattoo and didn't feel comfortable with the advice they gave me. I called New Rose and she answered and I immediately knew I wanted her to do this for me. All in all the tattoo turned out better than I expected. I highly recommend Carrie!

This was such an awesome experience! Erica was my artist and she did such an amazing job I cannot express it enough. I came in not really knowing what I wanted (just knowing she was an amazing artist). she was so helpful in choosing one of her stencils as well as the placement on my arm. she was super communicative as well! I felt super comfortable talking with her and getting the tattoo. I'll 100% be back next time I'm in portland!
p.s. I left my Beats headphones here on accident and they called me the next day and said they found them! I live in California so they offered to ship
