I calleed and spoke with jo. Specifically asked if they were accepting walkins. She put me on hold as if she had no idea as to what I was asking. Came back to the line and asked how long it would take me to get there and told me to call from my car upon arrival. I understand.
I get there call, get the ok to go in after being out on hold (she’s obviously asking the artist if he’s ready, etc) go in and after speaking with the artist for a bit he springs on me they don’t do walk in same day tattoo. I came in for a consultation for my first tattoo with a couple pictures and a general idea of what I wanted. I met with Say, and told him what I was looking for. I was impressed with his ideas to get a cartoon tiger shark to look recognizable. I scheduled an appointment. I came in and wasn't totally happy (or rather didn't understand) his finished outline he was going to use. He was more than happy to help explain how the finished (shaded) product was going to look and made some quick changes to it to fit my idea better. Say did my tattoo explained what he was doing the whole way. I am SO happy

If I could put more then 5 stars I would. I’ve had two pretty awful tattoo experiences to say the least but Nate turned that anxiety around. He completely brought my dull, and sad cover up into such a stunning piece that I can’t stop looking at it. I cried tears of joy when I got home because this was exactly what I wanted when I first got the tattoo done but it was so poorly done by the first artist. If you want a place that cares, is clean and does amazing work, this is the place. I will NEVER go anywhere else. They will always have my business. Love them!

What a great experience working with the folks at The House of Tattoo. If you are reading this during the COVID-19 pandemic, know that they are taking every precaution to ensure customer and worker safety. This does mean that I went through two phone screenings for symptoms, only one client allowed at a time, I was required to wear a mask, and my temperature was checked when I entered. This was definitely appreciated as I have multiple family members who are high risk. I got work with a gentleman named Say who was terrific at easing me through my first tattoo. Friendly people, clean shop, beautiful

Getting tattooed here was an unforgettable experience. I was nervous, because this was the most visible tattoo I had ever gotten, and Ben made it such a positive experience. Not only that, but I’ve never been so impressed by an artist before. The roses that Ben tattooed on my arm are gorgeous. I felt like this was a very collaborative and fun experience, and I would highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for where to get your next tattoo!👌
