What a terrific experience! Vic was very responsive through email with my questions. He was very polite and friendly. He took time to help answer questions and explain some items to us in easy to understand ways. He was very thorough and gave an excellently, detailed report. We recently had Vic inspect our home future home. He's super easy to work with, incredibly thorough, knowledgable about all the trades, and perhaps most importantly just a genuinely nice guy. His responsiveness is great and had our report to us just a couple hours after the inspection. Reno Tahoe Home Inspector did a home inspection on a house I recently purchased. The details given in the report were very descriptive and accurate with everything found after moving in. The report was very well put together and easy to understand. The suggestions given were also helpful in making decisions on the issues that were found. Victor was very thorough. He obtained photos of every item and made sure to notate any and/or all damages in the report. He explained the damages found and informed us what should be requested by the seller to address.
His report, extremely detailed, organized and professional; he completed within 24 hours and provided it to our agent. Even our agent recommended him to her whole office because he did such an amazing job on our report. His pricing is such a good deal!

First, he took our job on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend b/c that was the only time we'd be able to come and observe the inspection. He showed up *on time* (when is the last time that ever happened?), and did a very thorough inspection. He was extremely personable and gave us his tips and suggestions for the house, beyond what was required in the inspection. He even sent us additional photos that he took for our own records. He was also very respectful of the home -- donning foot booties while

Very thorough and professional! He was also very kind and took the time throughout his inspections to allow me to ask questions and actually explain to me what I wanted to know!
