While the reviews for sales may be high, and yes I had a better than average experience when purchasing from Suncoast. Pay close attention to the reviews for their service dept. This dealer is absolutely the worse. We scheduled an appointment to have a tire replaced, the service department confirmed with the parts dept that they had the right tire (only one but all we needed). My wife arrived early for the appt only to find out after waiting 1.5 hours that they sold the tire earlier that morning after telling us that they had one and to come in the next day to have it mounted.

Very disappointed with this dealership. I have purchased several vehicles from them but not in the future. I traded a vehicle purchased with them and needed to cancel my extended warranty and Gap Insurance. John in Finance took the information and said he would send it in right away. Two weeks have passed and I called the company to check on the process. They received nothing from the dealership. I call the Director of Finance, Trey Schmidt who says he will "sit and talk with John" and then have John call me. Well John called me. He did not even know who he was suppose to talk to, and then lied

The worst service ever!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! All of their employees are very rude and unprofessional. They tell you anything just to make a sale and charge you. They don’t do anything as promised. I bought this Jeep for fun and got all the extras for cleaning, tires, paint etc. I PAID FOR ALL OF THE SERVICES and got nothing in return. I tried to schedule a service and kept getting transferred from one person to another. Everyone is unreliable and they take advantage of every opportunity to slack in their working environment. I took the car in for cleaning for the Butler Service and I paid
