Beware Crown kia/mitsubishi service dept.The last 3 times I've been here for service I've been lied to about work that needs to be done. Last time my tires "needed to be replaced", but now they're magically back to good this time around. This past appointment I was told my wiper fluid pump didn't work. It's working just fine. So either the technicians are not well trained or they intentionally lie. Plus, to take 2 hours to do an oil change is ridiculous. Why would I ever come back?

This was my first service experience at Crown, I actually enjoyed it, and it will not be my last. Michael Stephenson (Service Advisor) was AWESOME!! He is genuine, a good person, respectful, knowledgeable, and great to talk to. He always communicated with me in the waiting area, I like being kept "In The Loop". I advised him that he is stuck with me as a customer, and I want him only for service. I made an appointment with him for July 13th for Two (2) new tires and a front end alignment which he made me aware that I needed. Brought the car here for an acceleration issue and ABS light on and they said I needed a new clutch. They also couldn't find the problem. Quoted me 1500 dollars for a new clutch, not to mention it was 28 hours before I first heard back from them after dropping the car off. Took it to another mechanic and they solved the problem and wouldn't you know.....I didn't need a new clutch at all. Just a bulb replacement for a brake light. Thanks guys.

Blake, Todd, and the entire team at Crown made my car buying experience pleasurable...long, but a GREAT experience overall.
