After making several attempts to contact Skye, I received a response from her while she was checking yelp. Unknown why emails nor phone messages were received. However, I received a second inquiry a short time later expressing concern that the deed transfer was handled correctly as to avoid any possible problems in the future. I explained that I utilized a reliable source, based upon personal recommendations plus yelp reviews. We had the best experience with Skye. Due to my husbands illness she came to our house to meet and gave us a free consultation. She didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and told us things we could do ourselves to save us money. She was so kind and professional. Candidly, I think that recommendations from other professionals in the same field tend to carry a lot of weight with me. I'd trust a chef to know who is making the best food, and a doctor to know who the best surgeon is.
In this respect, as an attorney, I can tell you that it was the best decision we could make to have The Ferrera Law Firm form a trust for our family. We considered doing it ourselves, and boy that would have been a big mistake.

If you're like me, you don't think about grown-up things like a will or advance directives- just seems too daunting and downright depressing. Skye made the process extremely easy and took time to answer questions and explained all the "legalese" without making me feel like a dummy. On top of being prompt and personable, she is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the law. Plus she came to my house with all the paperwork.
