My car window got smashed in San Francisco, so i can not arrive the hotel at the reserved day, the agent website policy is i cannot get refund. but the hotel is willing to help us to reschedule it to the next day without any additional charge, really appreciate it, making me feel not that bad during my trip.

Mortified to be here. We're stuck here because of a third party we booked from. The room smells, it's musky and feels so dirty. I brought our own sheets, pillow cases, thankfully. I understand this hotel isn't new and it's more of a motel. But the carpets shouldn't smell. I have to wear sandals in the room. The room shouldn't feel gross. Just because it's not the intercontinental it doesn't mean it can't be kept up. I would love nothing more but a refund and to get out of here.

Rude woman up front with an attitude. Doesn’t make me want to return. Long story. Apparently if you have guests the reservation comes up under their name. Despite the fact that I had my reservation number this woman still failed to find my reservation and told me to sit in my car so she could help other people. Totally inconvenient after a 6 hour drive. I told this woman the way she was talking to me was rude 2 separate times as she continued to wave her finger at me. I don’t care how many people you deal with on a daily basis, have some respect when you talk to people. These rooms are over

Nice enough quality for the price.. BUT the management is rude, the floors are gross, and the rooms are cramped. Stayed in February and again in early August.. FYI, Yelp Reader. I'm not going back.
Decent wifi, water is hot, there's a coffee machine and a table (that takes up half the available room), small TVs, some balcony rooms... that's about all the main stuff about the rooms.
Managment is rude and weird. Ask about the business owner(s), if you have a problem, because mgmt is very standoff-ish. Also Housekeeping practically pounces on the room when you leave, even if you&apos

This place was clean. HOWEVER, we were put in the building next to the freeway which was very loud. Didn't sleep all night. Due to covid we were not allowed to see the room first. Then when we asked for a late check out the lady was rude and said NO WE HAVE TO CLEAN IT FOR OUR NEXT GUESTS. Really they have like 40-50 rooms.

Lobby was in lock down mode when we arrived at 3:30 and left at 9am. Coffee maker in our room would not power on, and there was water in it likely from the last guest who decided not to report it broken apparently. Parking is adequate and free. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, tv was only SD best I could tell. No need for AC or heat this time of year, so unknowns there. Rooms strong smell of disinfectant or fumigation, was not sure which. Sliding door open all night to air it out helped in the morning but traffic noise from freeway was the price we paid for it.

Pros-
-Granite countertops
-Cheap prices
-Close to freeway
-Near shops
-A/C works.
Cons-
-The place stunk and was musty when we got there, had to air it out and turn the A/C on full blast!
-The pool was a disaster!
-The breakfast well, you get what you pay for.
-We were there and the Trash was piled up so high and it was sprinkled near the dumpster.
-There was no privacy on the patio, the neighbors could peek right over.
You can tell they definitely are trying but I think they need a daily maintenance person to clean the pool and overlook the entire property. If you asked me I'd say

ALOHA INN IS A REAL DIVE
====================
Trying to book a hotel in the area for one night on the weekend is practically impossible so we ended up here.
The hotel rooms face the freeway and are really dingy. My sister from Hawaii booked it and I tried to go with the flow, but it was awful.
Just find something else. You'll thank me later.

We stayed here last minute. Close to Pismo, close to Walmart for that "oh, shoot I forgot..." the grounds are a little lacking but my kids had fun in the pool. The room - we were in 115- was right between hwy 101 and the parking lot of the hotel. There was a little patio which we liked because it was private. Some douch canoe took up three spots in the parking lot but there was still space for us. That might not be the case during peak season though.
Staff was friendly, rate was fair. Beds were fine, shower was actually pretty nice. A nice step-in with a good sturdy grab bar. The toiletries

Great place for what it's intended to be, or for my intended use, and for the price! I booked through Expedia since this is one of the better rated ones in the sub-$90 price range. (Thursday night)
Location is also great, accessible immediately from the freeway. It's close to McDonalds, Subway, CJ's Cafe, Country Kitchen, etc.
It may look pretty dated outside but rooms are relatively refreshed, and clean. I'm not a fan of the carpeting choice though. Red and green don't work for my taste.
Room also comes with a mini fridge and microwave. Cable and WiFi are working fine
