On February 3-4 2019, My granddaughter and I stayed at the Oxford Suites in Yakima, WA. We really enjoyed our time there. So here our the reason for each and every star we have that Hotel.
1st Star-- room very comfortable and clean.
2nd Star -- staff very nice, friendly, and helpful.
3rd Star-- Bistro clean and staff will accommodating.
4th Star--main area clean
5th Star--Atmosphere very relaxing and comfortable.
We had gone to Yakima from Spokane as I needed her custody papers.My granddaughter also had family there she had never met they came to the Hotel and visited with her there, everyone

Every booking has manditory $10 fee. Doesn't not say why. So every time I thought it was a good deal, we could have stayed on the brand new hotel just down the road for $4 less.
They also change $15 for incedentals, you are to get this back upon check out. I have stayed at the Oxford in hermiston about 10 times In the last year. The money and it adds up. I have tried to reach out and get this resolved. I still have not received a refund.

I recently checked in to the Oxford Suites at Jantzen Beach in Portland. The room I checked into was dirty. The bed was full of black hair in the sheets. The couch had spilled milk and the floor had particles left on it. I have photos. I called the front desk and spoke with Crystal, who was very kind, she asked if I wanted to change rooms or just have the bedding changed. I said I had already unpacked everything so we could just have the bedding changed that works for me. The housekeeper came up and I explained to her the room was dirty. I have been to two different Oxford Hotel Suites in the past month and I can not be happier with their quality rooms and the service they provide. I do not think I have ever been happier with a hotel. I first went to the one in Yakima, Washington and it was clean, I received a nice warm free breakfast and the rooms were clean and stunning. A few weeks later I stayed at one in Hermanston Orgeon and the same quality service, only this hotel offered two free drinks and free salad bar in the evening. Thank you so much OXFORD. I hope you get one in Eugene Orgeon where I go frequently.
