I've been interviewing a few law firms for the following: business entity creation and estate planning. I contacted Gretchyn Meinken at this firm and I was incredibly impressed w/the following:
-Very responsive: she responded to my email right away and did so personally (she didn't pass over my request to a legal assistant like the two others I contacted). There's nothing wrong w/hiring a legal asst but this was a signal that she would likely be very involved w/the case personally.
-Deep understanding of the law/solid advice: She was able to pick up very quickly on what I needed

In July 2017, I was manipulated into signing a legal document where I learned SIX months later from a friend that it was a document called "Power of Attorney" and what that involved.
This was a document I had never heard about from any of the people around me as I am originally from out of the country.
Once I had learned this information in the same year, I immediately signed the cancellation of such a horrible document.
Even after cancelling this document, the lawyer involved and her secretary (who translated spanish to my sisters) was sending me statements to let me know that this lawyer

Divorce "issues" ? Look NO further !
While MOST attorneys said we couldn't accomplish what we needed in court, Carolyn found a way !!
She digs up old cases, laws & state statutes & can persuade judges.
