Had my clutch and rear main seal replaced in Seattle at a NAPA Care Care shop. Developed an oil leak in transit to Mexico. Called Gary and he had me come over to his NAPA Car Care shop. He put me right up on the lift and immediately diagnosed and replaced a bad rear main oil seal under the NAPA Care Care warranty at no cost.

Honesty quality and service. I have to say that I have complete confidence in Alberts. They took my truck in and gave me an estimate that they stuck to and they called when they found something else. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't know how to do repairs. I wish I could give Alberts Automotive 6 Stars. Thank you guys for all your help

Please beware of this shop. I brought my vehicle here 2 weeks ago because I heard unusual noises from the engine. I chose this shop because they had done work on the vehicle before by the previous owner. They had my vehicle for a few hours and had me come back by the shop to go on a test drive with the mechanic to show him the issue. He did not hear or understand the noise and basically he said to bring it back when it actually has a problem. I asked them to further try and diagnose the issue and waited another hour or so. I finally got a call back from the office to pick up my keys. They said

I am not here to persuade anyone to go to this place or not go to this place. But I would like this company to know why I won’t be returning. I had the tensioner for one of my belts replaced recently, as the cold was making it squeal. It cost me about $200 plus a $30 checking under the hood fee. I went back about two weeks later because the noise was still happening, and it had actually gotten louder during the cold snap that we had. I've been to a few mechanics around the state and I can just tell when people upsell you, or lie, get annoyed, or don't care. I used to Love this auto repair business, but NOT anymore! I would of wrote a review in June 2017 where the incident occurred but have been on vacation. The owners are a couple Terri is the one of the owners with her husband who was not involved in the business. An employee named Tom who answered the phone was GREAT as well as Terri. Prices were affordable. Then Terri's husband came into being there, they let Tom go SAD! That's where it all began next thing I know my 30.00 oil change went up in price to 50.00!! Then I had a little rattle noise going on when I would go to drive thru.

I have been going to Albert's Auto for over a decade. They are professional and super friendly. The work done is top notch and they always leave my car free of grease & dirt inside the car (that is not always the case with other mechanic shops.)
The prices are reasonable and they never try to sell you something you don't really need.
Specifically Tom, the manager, is one of the most friendly and helpful service oriented people I have ever met. He makes it easy to drop car off and will answer questions when I call, without sounding annoyed or put out.

There's not enough space here or time in the day to tell how impressed I am with Tom and his crew at Albert's. They have been honest, fair, expedient, and efficient. But I would have to say thing that impressed me the most is how they took care of my daughter's automotive needs in my absence. They have given me the the peace of mind that comes with knowing my daughter always has a place to go where she will be treated fairly and with respect.

Sent my 2007 Honda Accord V6 to Albert's Auto Care when some very necessary service was needed. I couldn't have made a better decision! The service technician at Albert's got my car on the schedule the very next day and found out from the trusted mechanics that my car didn't actually need all the service I thought it needed. They fixed what was needed and I had my car back the same day. When I went to pick the car up, I was impressed the shop was so clean and it had a family-feel environment. Everyone was so nice! I drove away feeling Albert's really cared about providing great and honest service

I can't speak more highly of my first experience at Albert's AutoCare. I recently moved to Tucson and needed an auto repair shop right away. I am so happy I found This family owned facility. They got me in the next day. They are honest, competent, and friendly. No wonder they have been in business since 1950! They have a new loyal customer!

This means a lot coming from me, especially after years of being subjected to the dishonesty of the chain-stores (who I also refer to as scam artists) like Midas or PepBoys. I got accustomed to saying "No" before the Midas employee even finished explaining the $1500 of problems he found with my car and how it was not safe for me to drive it off the premise.
Albert's is a completely different experience! A family-run operation

I took my 97 Nissan Altima to this shop after being rejected by a local Nissan shop because according to them ' they don't have the tools to fix my car ' Wha? . Called up other shops and I thought the cost of the repairs were overpriced. I stumbled into this shop because it's close to where I live ( my car won't drive that far and tight budget to tow the car ). How lucky I was.
$1800 worth of repairs that involves major open engine surgery, cv boots replacement and tie-rod steering fix up plus complete auto inspection. My car drives like brand new and even passed emissions
