Parker is hands down the best shop in Tucson! Honest reliable and competitive prices. The mechanics TJ, Nick,and Daniel are hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. Ryan and Scott in sales get it done flawlessly. I’ve been to several shops all around Tucson for years and this is the shop. I've been having my vehicles serviced at Parker for a few years now. Always great and professional service. They are more expensive than your budget chain repair shops, but the quality of work is well worth it. They take the time to throughly explain all the repair work they recommend, and even send you a text with a link to an "auto checkup" that includes pictures of faulty/damaged parts that need to be fixed. I highly recommend this shop.

I waited til the last minute before a road trip to do some overdo maintenance. They were able to squeeze me in even though I was not a regular customer. They found the time to do the oil change as requested and air filters and wiper blades as needed, but also took care of my transmission fluid and tires. They also alerted me to upcoming issues so I could plan for them. They communicated with me along the way, and provided transportation for me.
It wasn’t cheap, but it was in line with what I had been paying before I moved to Tucson.

We live out of state and needed to return home. Parker accommodated us and the work was done in a timely and professional way. I was impressed with all aspects of the repairs: accommodation, diagnoses, keeping me posted, timeliness, and the repair. The next day, we drove home without the slightest concern about the repair work that was done. The truck tracked perfectly, thanks to Parker Automotive.

Clean, professional shop that communicates well. A thorough inspection is performed with an oil change, including alignment readings. They did recommend a lot of needed repairs, which no doubt need to be done at some point, but I don’t think all the items are “urgent” as indicated. Prices seem about right for top tier shops like this, but may be less expensive elsewhere.

I was considering purchasing a vehicle from a well known used car dealer on Speedway. Before spending more than $14,000 I decided to take the car to Parker Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection. For less than $100 I saved many thousands of $$$ in potential repairs. I cannot rave enough about Parker Automotive. I first came across this shop when I had a tire shred itself. I'd pulled in and began changing my tire, only to find the lug nuts had frozen in place. Their team was super helpful loosening them and providing my 1yo daughter and I with bottled water on the 105+ degree day.
When the time came to get my brakes looked at, they were the first people I thought of, and I absolutely love the level of service and care they give.

Everyone at Parker is fantastic and I receive consistently excellent service. My questions are always answered and they take time to explain what needs work, what maintenance needs to be prioritized, and provide suggestions as to how I can continue to maintain my car for the long haul. A few months ago I referred my friend who needed maintenance after her car was shipped cross-country. Last month a valet told me that my (older) car drove really well, better than some of the newer cars he drives, and I told him I have a really great mechanic.

Excellent & friendly service! Ryan was extremely helpful in suggesting best remedies for my car troubles. My air conditioner is working so much better now! I love the complete diagnostic report that’s given during each visit. The report helped me determine what work needed to be done on my car with estimates for each service. This is so helpful and helped me decide what needed immediate attention. I didn’t feel like any services were pushed and all of my questions were answered. I will absolutely be returning!

But with Parker they really cate about the quality of service they provide and help guide you to the best options not the most expensive. I have been using Parker Automotive, since 2007. Over the years I have taken my 5 vehicles, from doing an safety check for a long road trip, oil to full service maintenance. Service is top-notch! Detailed Information to make an informed decision. Servicing what's needed and nothing more. Check in and Check out times were convenient. I had two years of free service at the dealer with the new purchase and I honestly couldn't wait until the free service was over. A scam of an automotive repair group. They have a great showroom and seem to be very diligent about interviewing you about repairs. I booked an appointment for my truck to give to my daughter who's 16. I've maintained this truck for years well kept recording. but with life found myself having to let somebody else do some general maintenance. I had them do about $1000 in general upkeep rear brakes (disc) $279 oil change higher mileage $99 brake flush and valve seal gasket.

Went to get my oil changed today. I dropped off my 2012 F150 with only 60K Miles on it. An hour after I dropped it off, someone calls me from the shop and says that some fluids need to be flushed.At 60K Miles, I need:

The service here is excellent. You get better quality work for a fraction of the price of a dealership, and it typically comes with a warranty. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in Tucson.
