Dr Saini and all of the staff have always been incredible at doing everything they can to help but the purpose of this post is to acknowledge and show my gratitude to both Dr Saini & Jen his medical assistant for helping me through this current situation. Jen is always so pleasant & has gone above & beyond expectations to see that I was taken care of, even having to deal with pharmacy staff hanging up on her.
Any individual dealing with chronic pain is in great hands with the Drs & staff at Integrated Pain regardless of which office you are seen at or who's care you are under

Twice in two weeks I show up for a RFA and it is to be done with sedation. No one there to administer the medication to sedate. Twice its blamed on the patient, that I should have called in yo check if they would have someone there to sedate me, what ate you kidding me, o and we dont know till that morning if we will have someone or not. Horrible service. Both times I had to take off work and drive 35 min to the proceedure, and my wife aswell simcevi needed a driver. So we are out fule and I dont get paid if I dont work. No apology gust exscuse. I love the Dr., but cant continues to be treated

Worst hold time on the phone I've ever experienced. Been trying to reach them for over a week with no one picking up and no callbacks. Currently on hold for over and hour! Very frustrating. Upped my star rating from 1 to 3 for at least a reply showing they care. Just wish you'd staff more people to fix the problem getting you on the phone. I don't use portals since every doctor wants me to join theirs...I can't manage them all. I'll try calling again and email as you suggest. But how is an email going to get a reply any faster than my 3 voicemails? I may just end up driving to your office.

When I moved to Arizona in 2017 I found Dr.Seth , He was very nice to me I was new to Arizona am scared they wouldn't take care of me , Now I'm in tears because I have to move back to calif an I love Dr.Seth he has took care of my back so I could live an have a life he has always done a superb job on my back I trust him , Dr. Shawn also what am I going to do without you guys you both have taken good care of my back managing my pain . I'm going to miss you all everyone there was always so friendly and supportive and kind caring I fill like I'm loosing my family Thank you Dr.

I thought this group would be different, not just another "pain factory"...boy was I wrong. First appointment was a basic meet and greet, go get some tests done and come back for a doctor review and hopefully a plan to alleviate the pain I have.
Showed up for 2nd appointment only to find out that it was actually at another location and it was with a nurse assistant. Not the appointment I had made in person at the office, and I would never have made an appointment unless I was actually going to see the doctor. Not a good start. I am still n hold. 1:45:09 as of right now. I started at #4 in the Queue. listened as the queue went down to 3 - 2 and now I am 1. It is now 6:16 and I am pretty sure they close 45 minutes after I I called and while I am sitting here in the queue. I am a care giver trying to make an appointment for a patient. What can a person do when this happens? I will leave this review and hopefully they come up with something that may not convey the disregard so. Perhaps a Note on the call instead of it saying you are #1 in the queue you will be answered ... May be a If this queue lasts past 5 PM you will

When they called to verify my appointment they told me the wrong day. I drove an hour to my appointment only to be told it was tomorrow and I could NOT do a phone appointment even though it was their mix up.
Only patients can wait inside no one else that is with you (my daughter is my caretaker) but we sit outside like cattle in 110 degrees! My pain meds were cut without discussing it with me (but doctor states it was discussed) will start recording conversation. This is not the first time my doctor has forgotten things. This is another reason I always have my daughter with me.

I have been coming to this office for several years now. Shaun Hampton and Dr. Seth are hands down the best and help me control my back pain so I can have a good quality of life and the ability to do activities and other things with my kids that I had to miss out on before I started coming to this office. They are true advocates for the patients they treat and I am so thankful for them every day!!

Not happy with this place! They were so rushed I felt like cattle being herded! The treatment, shots in the back did absolutely nothing for me! Something happened as I got off the table I was in excruciating pain that I couldn't even sit in the wheelchair or move my foot! The nurse hurried me into the wheelchair and pushed me quickly out the door with my feet dragging because I couldn't lift them up to put on the footrest. Another patient needed that room so I was quickly whisked to another room in such pain I couldn't move. The only help I got was a shot in the arm and it didn&apos

I have really enjoyed my experience with my doctor, very experienced and knowledgeable. It is rare to connect or have a good experience with the office team but at IPC the ladies are Amazing!! Drs. Seth and Shaun Hampton are two of the best physicians I have EVER HAD! I have been going ti them for a number of years for numerous issues and they are remarkable. They are both very conscientious and devoted to helping patients get through their pain and with a great bedside manner to boot. During my time as a patient at Integrated Pain Consultants, I had an amazing experience. The provider that I saw was Patricia Mayborne and she always treated me like a human being. Every interaction that I've had with her, she was understanding, empathetic, and she always treated me with respect. I would definitely recommend the Scottsdale location.

I have been seeing Patricia Mayborne NP she has been wonderful about listening to me and forming a plan to try to make my pain more manageable. I find her to be extremely trustworthy and value her opinion. I also find the staff to be very friendly and kind from the nurses to the front office staff. I have been going to Integrated Pain Consultants for a while now. First I had Dr. Givens who was wonderful. Very caring and professional. He knew just what needed to be done and when. Now I see Sara who is also wonderful. Very nice and professional. She takes your ideas into consideration as well as her knowledge and skill. Kathleen, her medical assistant always has a smile on her face and always goes out of her way to try and make you feel just a little bit better while doing what she can for you. All in all l, I can't think of anywhere else that I would want to go.

Nikesh Seth I tried to get your email to tell you about the awful experience I had at your business, tell you about the bad customer service your OCC provided and how she made the situation worse instead of better I expected my visit to be pleasurable as you say in your video. I am a person and I should had been treated with respect and compassion as most a pain management clinic should have since your patients will be coming in with pain and discomfort. I was told to wait outside in the 114 degrees weather my 73 year old mother was my driver we were never told that we would have to wait outside

I was in a horrific car accident and needed a pain mngt team. Sadly, the office staff at the Scottsdale location were ABSOLUTELY the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of interfacing with. Not only can you hear them being disrespectful of the patients (HIPPA violation), but they were completely rude.
Be warned that if you go to this office, you WILL be treated like a second class citizen.

I would like to say that I really appreciate Integrated Pain Consultants for showing me so much empathy and sympathy during a very difficult time in my life. Professional care starts on phone calls and when you come to the office.
I had two injections today by Dr. Seth, and he listened to my condition, and educated me about my pain, and gave me my options.

Horrible doctor. I wanted to see Seth but saw some subpar doctor instead. They locked me in the office and wouldn't let me out. I did a pee test for them 5 times. First time I had blood in my pee test because I was on my period so blood was in the cup. Second time they said the pee was too cold. Third time they said my pee was too warm. They wouldn't let me leave until they liked my pee sample. One doctor who had white hair that I had never seen before told me I was lying about having survived a fatal head injury which is why I have a 18"!scar going down middle of my head as I&apos

The first time the doctor was an hour late and the second time she was more than 2 1/2 hours late for my appointment. If someone would have reached out and said that she was running behind and I would've totally understood but that was not the case in either situation and I find that a little unprofessional to be honest. I am someone that communication is very important for and it just never happened.
Trying to reach someone to get prescription straightened out was also a nightmare and

As a chronic pain sufferer, I can't say enough about Dr. Seth and his entire staff. They take every case very sincerely and thoroughly. I see both Dr. Seth and Shaun Hampton PA and have been very impressed with the care I have received. Any procedures I have had, have been done without pain. They have kept me being able to walk and function which is amazing!

Years ago I was using Dr. Seth and had to leave when my insurance changed. Now, thank goodness I am back with Dr. Seth after years of not being satisfied with anyone else. Dr. Seth has given me more relief than anyone else and he is a pleasure to see. He, and his whole office staff, couldn't be nicer and more accommodating. I have had 5 major back surgeries over the past 7 years. I also have MS which has put me in a power wheelchair. This adds to my pain level. Dr. Seth has finally gotten my pain under control. I don't expect to ever be 100% pain free but my level is so much improved

I've been going here for about 6 months and so far it's been a very pleasurable experience. The staff, nurses and doctors are very professional and friendly and they truly do care about those affected by chronic pain by various illnesses or injuries.
