Services
We offer Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care services. From the moment you enter Greenbrier Nursing & Rehab we want you to experience the difference our home has to offer. From our light-filled common area to our beautiful outdoor patio, we want you and your loved one to feel comfortable and welcome when staying with us.
In addition to short-term rehabilitation, we provide Long Term care. Residents enjoy daily meals in any of our three beautiful dining rooms and loved ones are encouraged to share a meal when possible. We also offer free wireless Internet access to our residents and their guests to keep friends and family better connected.
The rooms at Greenbrier Nursing & Rehab are uniquely designed to provide an atmosphere reminiscent of home. Therapeutic beds, comfortable chairs, color-coordinated curtains and room accessories and ample closet and storage space are provided for the residents' comfort. Residents and families are encouraged to individualize rooms with personal items brought from home to make rooms more cozy and homelike.
At Greenbrier, we work to create a comfortable environment in which our patients can receive optimal care, and ultimately a full recovery. Our staff starts by creating a recovery plan that works in the best interest of patients and their families to provide a smooth transition from rehab center to home.

Drain JP drain between legs while using the bathroom. They let her sat on the edge of the bed about an hour after a stroke. Front office personnel not friendly at all. They let her fall in the shower, she should have been sitting in a bath chair. She went home on a Friday, they did not gave her enough perceptions medicine to to last her over the weekend. So she went into a breakdown. I was very disappointed!

Out of all the health care facility's I have worked at this one is by far the best. The facility it's self is clean and well kept. The staff truly cares about the residents and goes the extra mile for them. The staff is also friendly. Residents enjoy being here and have many activitys that they can take part in. This is a great place for loved ones.
