I can’t say enough of how wonderful this facility is! My mom came to this facility after being in a deplorable facility in California. Perry County staff has treated my mom like family. The care has always been up and beyond par, you never walked in and smelled anyone who was soiled, or offensive. In fact it always smelled and looked like they just finished cleaning. The staff would always greet mother with a warm smile and hello and were alway kind and careful. I was always notified immediately when mom had any issues, and the solution or treatment being provided to remedy. The food was exceptional
