My father was here in 2021 after being in the hospital to get round the clock care and some physical therapy before coming home. I have no idea what this place did, but taking care of my father wasn’t one of them. I never got to speak to my father when he was here and I don’t know that he ever did any physical therapy. The staff always gave me the run around when trying to speak to my dad. After being here a week or so he was sent to the hospital where he passed away a few days later. We were not told he wasn’t doing well until they sent him to the hospital. They also lost some of his belongings

My father died after being “cared for” here. His nurse, Jeremiah, didn’t even notice that he was not drinking or urinating for the 2 weeks he was in there. My mom, sister, or I would have noticed if we were allowed to see him; however, with COVID regulations, we were not allowed to see him. We tried calling his cell phone SEVERAL times for a week and never got my dad to answer. We called Heritage repeatedly over those days saying we needed them to charge his phone and place it near him, so he could answer for us. My mom kept being told that his nurse would do that for us. They never did!

I witnessed 2 serious incidents at Heritage, where my mother resides. One of their employees opened the front door of the facility and motioned me and my wife to come inside to hug my mother (who was in the lobby), without any prompting from us. A clear violation of COVID restrictions. At the same time, another resident was attempting to leave the building and had raised her voice - the employees responded to her in a very physically aggressive manner. In addition, during my window visit with my mother, she had requested help with a clothing change on the 2nd day we saw her, but the staff left
