Being a State Farm Agent has been one of the greatest privileges in my life. I am married and have two awesome kids. My son graduated from UTK this year and has moved to Marietta, GA to go to Chiropractic school at Life University.

Took these wonderful ladies white water rafting down the ocoee today. They were… awesome! They had great team work and strong paddlers! I asked them what they were doing the rest of the day after our trip and they said, “gotta head back to the office and get work done”. These ladies know how to grind and are always there for their customers. They certainly make and find time for their customers (unless they’re shredding down some white water).

Katie and Laura were both great in helping me and my wife with our claim. Katie guided us through the entire process making it so smooth and easy. And Katie repeatedly checked in on our progress to ensure we were getting our vehicle repaired properly. Laura assisted us with the repair shop when parts were delayed. A great staff to work with and I always felt that they cared about us. Thank you Laura and Katie.
