Services
We are a full service optometric practice. We provide just about all of our patient's eyewear, contact lens services and lenses as well as diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease. At Warren Eye Care we have been using computers extensively since 1997. In 2001, we changed from pen and paper record keeping to an Electronic Health Record.
Utilizing the latest in technology, we gather information about your eye health and your prescription in a very short amount of time. Technology such as the DRSplus Ultra High Resolution Imaging system, the Optomap Digital Ultrawidefield Imaging system and the Topcon KR-1W all gather information in seconds that takes 5-10 minutes in a traditional eye exam.
We know how valuable your time is. You don't want to be wasting 2-3 hours traveling to and from and having your annual eye exam. Let alone the lost productivity if you have your pupils dilated with the vision effects from the dilation. Because we value your time, nearly as much as you do, we offer our "Executive Eye Exam Experience".
The vast majority of people who need vision correction have come by their vision problems naturally. Some people just need to have their Myopia, Hyperopia, Astigmatism or Presbyopia corrected by traditional glasses and contacts. However, some people will find that those traditional methods, just don't give them the clear and comfortable vision they deserve.

The absolute WORST customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The woman who handles the phones and handles appointments is a very unruly and disrespectful woman who spoke with a condescending demeanor towards myself, and treated me like a 3rd class citizen. I highly recommend anyone who needs their eye exam to opt for any other place, Walmart has given me much better experiences then the begrudgingly rude woman I had to speak with.
UPDATE: I received a letter in the mail from Dr. Warren banning me from further visitation due to leaving a poor review.. Way to disallow any further

September - bill saying insurance claim denied - we confirm by phone they entered the wrong insurance number.
October - bill saying insurance claim denied - we confirm by phone they had not resubmitted the claim.
November - threat of collections - confirm by phone with Warren himself they had not submitted a claim until a few days before 1st collection threat. Warren rude, defensive and combative. Why, he asks, don't we just pay the bill and get reimbursed later? Why

Still suffering from what Dr. Warren put me through. Finally getting the right contacts from another doctor. My road has been very very hard and I didn't get the proper care from Dr. Warren. Sclerals take many attempts to adjust and get right. I'm sorry that Dr.Warren doesn't believe this truth and pushed me out the door so quick. The second pair I received(in the mail), after not checking and refitting, was way off and I'm not even sure what kind of contacts they are due to the material and how thin and flimsy they are. I had high hopes for this Doctor as he seemed promising in the beginning.

My husband and I met Dr Warren and his staff back in June. My husband had previously been misdiagnosed by another doctor and we wanted another opinion. Dr Warren was able to tell us that my husband had keratoconus in both eyes but it was no problem he could have him seeing great in no time with some sceleral lenses. We thought.. Great! We should have known better!!
First off the front desk Nina is lazy and does not like to call the insurance company and then will lie and say she waited on hold forever (which when we called we talked to someone right of way) then she lies and says the insurance
