Roy’s auto glass in Dudley Ma is an awesome, locally owned company!! Friendly, courteous, professional and quick to respond. I am 40 years old and have been using Roy’s Auto Glass since I got my driver’s license at 16 for all of my glass needs. They promptly coordinated the glass installation appointment with my car dealership. I am especially appeciative to the employee named Kayla.She was kind and persistant as she helped me retrieve my necessary car policy insurance documentation after learning that Met Life had been recently purchased by Farmers Insurance.

Roys is wonderful! I called, they did a three-way call with my insurance company we set up the claim they were here the next day to replace my windshield. I had a used glass from a friend and with no hassle they just had me sigh a waver and they did a super job and even helped with some minor imperfections on the truck !!! Very nice people and they take pride in there craftsmanship, I would have gave them a couple of beers but they were driving, thank you Roy's auto for a great job!!

I recently had a windshield installed and I have to say the installers went above and beyond the normal call of duty. If you have a car that you care about and want someone who will take care of your car like you would this is the company to use! I cant say enough about the experience from the first phone call to the install it was amazing! Roy's will be doing all of my glass from now on.

Windshields are a pain in the butt when they crack. Roy's customer service is awesome! They deal with multiple suppliers and can usually do the repair within 24 hours. Can just stop in for a look over to determine if repair or replacement is best. Can come into the shop or come out to you. Prices are reasonable too.
