Gentlemen that came out to install my windshield was very professional did a great job didn’t leave a mess . Put everything back on my new windshield that was removed from old one . Price was very fair . Went with patriot because they had over 100 reviews on google all 5 star 🙂 would definitely recommend them !

I called to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when I was offered an appointment for the following day. I was told that the repair person would phone before coming and the repair would be completed between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Again, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call at about 8:30 informing me that the repair person was a few minutes away. The repair man was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company for your auto glass needs

The did a great job!! They told me at 1pm and when we got there, they were ready to work on my car.... it was ready in 30 minutes!!!!!! The price was also pretty decent. I really recommend going to them first... other places like safelite were charging me almost twice the price.

Wish they did mobile installation in my area, but the price made it worth the trip to Johnston. Plus super fast and a neat & clean job. You should definitely get them to do your install if you need one.

They got me in within the hour and had my chip repaired in 30 minutes. Stefanie was super sweet and was apologetic for not getting back to me immediately. She made the call to my insurance and did all of the work. I just gave her my info and they did the rest. I got a chip from the ever present highway construction debris and I was worried it would turn into a giant crack requiring me to replace the whole windshield. I initially tried to get into Safelight. I went to Safelight and they explained that all Safelight Repair Shops received new machines that do the crack repairs and that they cannot

Fairly priced...especially since they come to you to repair your windshield. Stephanie on the phone was very sweet and accommodating with all of my questions. I needed the repair done earlier than planned,due to schedule changes and she contacted the driver (Dereck maybe?) who arrived promptly. Hopefully I don't crack my windshield again but I don't think I'll go anywhere else.

We shopped around for auto glass at many different places some commercial and some local shops.
Patriot Auto Glass is the best shop we discovered, a local business, so not only did we get the best price we got outstanding service. Henry is a top class installer and did outstanding work on the windshield and drivers side window. He is completely professional.
While we were waiting Stephanie, who is part owner along with her husband Dan, was a joy to chat with and time flew by unnoticed.
We not only got a incomparable price, but awesome customer service.

Patriot Glass RI is extremely incompetent. Wrong glass, wrong outside moldings that in a week blew off the car. Destroyed insider moldings, had to be replaced at the dealership. Technician rude, unskilled and very sloppy.
They are terrible, no office or building, no class and no skills.
I firmly do Not recommend this fly by night operation.

Dan was very quick (only took like 30 mins or something to install my driver's side window) and really quite nice. Seemed like a good guy.

I was pretty stressed, my window got smashed on a Friday night and I was worried about Saturday being difficult to get an appointment anywhere.. I had to go to Providence too, so it wrecked our schedule. I found this place, they took my insurance, and after I called at like 8am, Dan was able to get me in that morning (seemed like flexible scheduling, too, as I just named the time and it turned out to be okay w/ him).

Just had a guy from Patriot come replace a windshield on my 2010 Subaru Forester. My experience was great: quick, cheap and no-nonsense. They got the glass in one day: ordered it yesterday and it showed up this morning. I was expecting a call to bring it in their shop since it is drizzling out, but was surprised to see the guy showed up at my door instead with the van. Had it fixed in less than 30min in light rain without me having to bring it in. Their price was almost 40% cheaper than the quote I got from the dealer. I'll edit the review if there ends up being something wrong with the
