At Patriot Auto Glass your safety is our first priority. Did you know that an improperly installed windshield can increase your chances of death in an accident by 27%! The reason is ejection from your vehicle. Your windshield is listed as a "passive restraint system" under Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
Patriot Auto Glass warranties your replacement glass against defects in materials and workmanship as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty covers all Bonded Glass parts, it does not cover breakage or damage that may occur due to vandalism, theft, "acts of God, " owner negligence or self-inflicted damage.
Helping customers with insurance claims is part of our commitment to making safe windshield replacement as convenient as possible. That means minimizing the amount of time customers spend dealing with the insurance process. As a result, insurance companies actually prefer working with us. We use standardized pricing so we can bill them directly.
An OEM replacement windshield is produced from original equipment-style tooling. This type of windshield will have the same appearance of your car's original windshield and will fit properly in the window frame making noise and leakage problems much less likely. In most cases, if you have comprehensive insurance, the insurance company will pay for the repair.

I witnessed a Spontaneous rear window combustion (blowout) this morning with my car. My insurance recommended Patriot Auto Glass. I called and the gentlemen was professional and got someone out the same day. The technician was awesome as he cleaned up all the glass inside and outside of my vehicle. It was quick and they did an excellent job! Highly recommend them.

I called several different glass companies and these people by far were the cheapest, but that does not make them less talented or professional. They called me today and said that they had earlier time slots available. I explained to them that I had painters at the house and could not come earlier. The gentleman was so kind and said we can come pick up your car take care of the windshield and then return it to you. Talk about customer service! Seriously people if you need your window windshield installed these are the people you need to go to!

I don’t impress easily. I needed a windshield and asked a trade friend for a referral. I called, and they were "outliers" from the start. They explained the process of working with my insurance company, and were friendly and efficient. I dropped my car off and met the guys I'd talked to, plus the owner. I had an appointment, and they had my car finished almost before it started. It took longer than usual because there's a camera through the glass that must be recalibrated for the new glass. Very favorably impressed.

This is now the 3rd time I've had to replace a windshield in the past 4 years. Who doesn't love commuting in No Va with all the work trucks and road debris? My boss recommended Patriot Auto Glass to me. A dump truck kicked up a huge rock passing me this morning in the other direction on my way to work. Mike at Patriot had the windshield ordered and tentatively scheduled for afternoon appointment - same day by 9am. I'm at work, It's 3:00pm and Vincent just finished my car.
