A well-traveled couple from Europe, John and Regina Reydler made the Greater Philadelphia area their home nearly two decades ago. After several years of living, working and raising three children in the area, John and Regina were inspired to open their first Right Steps in Bucks County in 2004.
My husband and I created Right Steps because we wanted to provide our own children something above and beyond what they were offered when we first enrolled them in preschool.We were inspired on a trip to France, where we visited children who were lovely and thriving in inspiring, educational environments.

Our curriculum is built on daily learning activities with a focus on challenging children, creativity, logical thinking and social skills. Right Steps supports many different approaches to learning through our Global Education curriculum, which incorporates all the best methodology from around the world.
Right Steps Global Education program provides children with the opportunity to be a part of diverse experiences children all over the world are encountering every day. Teachers guide children towards a greater understanding of their place in the world and why they are so important. Children begin to relate and compare their lives to the lives of children around the world.

We love this place, the teachers and staff love and care after our daughter like their own and I’m always impressed by their activities, tech usage (tadpoles app to record moments and daily notes) and low student to teacher ratios. This places gives me my adult wings back, and has meals included for the kids 10/10!

We've been part of the Right Steps family for nearly five years and couldn’t ask for better care or education for our two kids. From the infant room to the Pre-K class, their program not only provides a fantastic learning environment, but also a unique cultural experience. From learning about different holidays and traditions, exploring new countries and languages to the meals they prepare on-site every single day. The care our son received here was wonderful. His teachers, fantastic. And the curriculum and meals were top notch. On the business side of things is where they fall short.We over paid our bill for months by 75 dollars. Noone noticed. Or if they did, noone said anything. Did they fix it when WE caught it? Yes. Ok fine....Covid times came and they handled things as best as anyone could have hoped. We were extremely disappointed with the way Right Steps as a business treats their staff and families. The owners of the “boutique” daycare seem to only be concerned with your family and child as monthly tuition check. While we did experience some wonderful teachers they come and go with little to no communication with children or families. Your child will grow to love a teacher who will just disappear with little to no advanced notice. Having our child at Right Steps is like being a part of a large family. The staff, directors and the owners treat everyone every single day like they are the most important people in the world. My child is loved and respected at Right Steps and in turn is also being taught the value of love and respect for his classmates, adults and the world at large. This childcare center is amazing. It’s in the perfect location for a parent like myself who works in the city. You can not enter the building with out proper access or you’re throughly screened at the door before entering. So safety is a priority! My child has been apart of Rightsteps for the last two years and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The teachers are amazing with potty training, sensory and language skills, educational information, preparing for kindergarten and lots of TLC. Yes a few of the teachers who were there when we first started are no longer apart of the Rightsteps

The center is absolutely beautiful! There are windows in each of the classrooms (only daycare in that area of the city that has natural light!) and nice hardwood floors and furniture that just give off a very warm feel. My two children attended for about three years and they learned so much. They have amazing activities for the kids and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and approachable, even in tough situations. The meals are included and there are different specials every day. If I have another baby they will definitely attend Right Steps!

Very troubled organization. Director LITERALLY LIED to bait and switch me into working there. Day 1, none of the teachers I met were still working there from my interview. Toddlers class is lead by a non QUALIFIED PARA PROFESSIONAL. Totally illegal. The assistant is a thuggish daycare hopper and the revolving door of employees is proof of the new Directors failure and misplaced bias. Her PERSONAL relationship with the toddler teacher with no CDA certification should be under review by the owners. The new assistant borrowing money from employees should be investigated.
