We have been living here for a year now, the only reason we decided to stay for an additional year is because our neighbors. They are friendly and they each have children in the age group as my toddler. The office however, are unprofessional and always finds an excuse as to why maintenance aren’t doing there jobs. When we first moved in, we had a mildew problem, six months later mildew in the walls, dryer constantly give us problems and this Morning I contacted them In regards to my kitchen light going out!!! It’s been out for two days!!! Again excuses! They have No problem collecting rent

I lived for one year at cornerstone apartments. To my horror they deducted $400 from my security deposit despite we left apartment crystal clean, no damage at all and as an explanation they said they deducted charges for carpet usage but there were no such damage to it was just regular wear. Please refrain from these apartments if you dont want to bear loss for your security deposit.

I love it here. Theres a huge park and field with a basketball court, two playgrounds, a trail, and bbqs. We bring our kids every day. There was a ymca preschool attached to the leasing office but it closed because I think they relocated. Our apartment is very nice and well built. I love having our own washer and dryer. It's about 1300 sq feet. The rooms are spacious, especially the master which has a big walk in closet. I wish the patios were bigger but that's just normal apartment living. The grounds are kept really well and are beautiful and surrounded by flowers and trees. You can have 2 pets

When we moved in, in 2013, the apartment complex was very nice and decent. Andrew was the manager then plus a black guy. A few years later, the place is a mess. The rent increases by more than $175 every year and the current management is very rude and arrogant. Rent from them at your own risk because when you want to move out, they won't process your paperwork incase the place you are moving to needs them.

The girl who work in the office (Maya) is struggling to dismiss the files of the those on the waiting list possibly replacing her relatives or friends! she is very dishonest and rude. Manager( Andrew) he is a very nice guy but I think he has no management experience so he follows everythings the sneaky girl in the office tells him without doing the necessary research.
I wish I could talk to the owner of this property and put them in the face of the better reality that happens one after the other.
So do not waste your time for the waiting list of this complex because they have promised them to

First residents there, like the addresses, quiet at night, windy and unique to wildlife. We had an owl that was outside our third floor balcony. Was the first community. First their was nothing around but Gale Ranch CC at the time it was built. Now their is a couple years old Safeway with a Fuel Station and Peet's Coffee and other eateries and Provident CU and some other businesses. It faces the hills and used to see cows up there grazing and hear coyotes at night. It is nice at night. They had a YMCA Daycare move in just before we left. The only problems is the balcony patios are made of wood
