I have been living here since 2018 and I can definitely say that the standard of cleanliness in this apartment complex has gone down. There is no full time manager supervising this property and so the landscapers don’t even show up some times and when they do show up, they just clean whatever they feel like cleaning.
To all the people who are looking to rent an apartment where there is a full time manager who would pay heed to their concerns and actually get the work done and a place that is periodically cleaned and assessed by the management, should look elsewhere.

I usually don’t give reviews, but this one, I had too. I contacted the Seville apartments beginning 01/30/2019. Upon initial contact, the leasing agent was very welcoming, friendly, and informative. She told me there were 2 two bedroom units available. She explained the process of how to go about applying for the apartment, and further Information I needed. I told her I would be following up with her in a few days and staying in contact just in case I needed assistance and to ensure the rental unit was still available. I contacted the leasing manager 02/01/2019, 02/05/2019, 02/07/2019, and again
