These apartments are quite possibly the most best apartments I have ever lived at. They do a very good job at scenery and an excellent job of handling problems.
It's kind of funny, but there are definitely old cranky people that live here. Don't get me wrong, not all old people here are cranky, but I see some in these reviews.
Alot of people complain about parking, but ironically, the same people have more than one car. So logically thinking, assigned parking is the worst solution ever.
Overall, do not expect the best, because not one apartment complex can deal with all your problem. But for

So far my experience isn’t looking too good. I applied for an apartment last weekend June 29th 2019, Monday Anthony from Mgt team called me and stated they needed my holding deposit, bank and back statements. Granted I’ve never needed any of the sort when I’ve rented other places in Vegas, nor has it ever taken more then 24 hours to rent a place typically you move in the same day or the next day. So I provided what they needed, dropped everything in the box Monday night along with the holding deposit. I’ve called Tuesday to confirm documentation has been received. Spoke with Anthony again

Started out 5 stars but ended up 2. Why? Greedy rent raisers. Loud parties and snarky smart-mouthed management who think that just because they are management they can treat their residents however they want. The residents pay their salary. Revamp management with a kind heart and stop treating residents “less-than” and allowing a dog toilet of a property.

I live on the 3rd floor with no elevators so moving in and hauling groceries are a pain. complex is severely lacking parking, mailboxes get broken into, and there's a racist old white lady on the 1st floor constantly berating and harassing me in front of my children while nearly tripping over her own feet to make friends with my white sorority girl nextdoor neighbor.
on the bright side complex is in a beautiful neighborhood right across the street from a golf course and mjllion dollar homes. theres a nice pool and serviceable fitness room. every imagineable amenity like groceries and a hospital

Honestly staff is excellent before you move in after you are here they are unprofessional parking is horrible mail boxes got broken into and haven't been fixed idk if I'm getting my mail I would really like to say this was a leaving experience don't expect to come home at 7pm or 6 or 5 with a decent open parking spot mind of thought

This review is purely for the leasing lady Marina. She provided all the information in detailed related to apartment community and was willing to answer to all of our questions. We really had a very nice experience visiting their apartment community and would definitely consider for future move in plans.
