We named the company "Empire" because we both are from New York and as everyone knows it's the Empire state. Our colors are blue and orange for a few reasons. Many of our favorite sports teams and our alma mater all use blue and orange as their colors.
We are both graduates of Morgan State University plus we are both NY Knicks and NY Mets fans. With that being said orange and blue was just a natural choice. I got window tints and the interior and exterior detailed on my Infinity Q50. This was absolutely the best detail I have ever received My car looked better than when I drove it off the lot at the dealership.

We come to you mobile detailing service for a flat fee of $50.00 within 25 miles of our shop zip code of 20705. If a change in appointment is needed please allow 48 hours' notice in order to do so or a $35.00 reschedule fee is needed or deposit will be forfeited. We offer mobile detail service. If you choose the on-site mobile service, there will be a mobile service charge of $50 within 25 miles of our shop.

We guarantee the film against cracking, peeling, bubbling, or turning purple for as long as you own your car.
Interior Odor Removal - $50.00 1st hour $25.00 each hour after Only available with any of our interior or full detailing packages. This service is only available in our shop. Does your car smell like smoke, animals or just a bad odor? We have the way to clear the air. We don't cover the smell up with fragrances we get rid of the odors at the source.
Shine My Ride is the first company in the Beltsville area to offer professional Ceramic Coating of cars! We use Duraslic Ceramic Coating. Their ceramic coating out performs traditional coatings by providing not one, but three layers of protection. Watch the water repel off your car with their hydrophobic technology.

Never got the chance to use their services. I called Tyreesa (sp?) on Tuesday, 16 November 2021, to schedule an appointment for Friday, 19 November 2021 (today), for their top of the line detail service. The woman advised she couldn't help me at that moment, as she was checking in another customer. She took my phone number and advised she would call me right back in 20 minutes and get me scheduled. Well...it's been the longest 20 minutes I have ever experienced and, as of today, 19 November 2021, I have yet to hear back from anyone at Shine My Ride. Very poor customer service! With customer service

How am I not a new customer? I have never been there. My husband has before we were married, so when I found the place and he said it was good that’s why I bought the Groupon. We are two separate individuals. Your nonchalance is why I was upset. From your reviews it seems those with a Groupon end up having issues. I’m not sweating $50. It’s a matter of principle. That’s bad business. I genuinely didn’t know I had to mention it first - a good business owner would have honored it to build the rapport. I see you are rude to anyone who leaves a bad review. I used a Groupon deal for this service and couldn't be happier. I wouldn't have thought about paying anyone to clean my car but decided to try it out since the deal was pretty good. The lady at the front desk was warm, friendly, organized, and professional. Now, my car looks even better than the day I purchased it. All the dog hair from our previous pup (who has been re-homed!) is gone as well as the residual smell.

The auto detailing experience at Shine My Ride was excellent! I brought my wife's Honda Pilot in for the Executive Detail Service. She loves the results and said it looks better that the day she bought it! The management and staff are very knowledgeable, personable and will do whatever it takes to ensure your satisfaction. We definitely will be back!

The office is clean and staff very friendly and helpful! The Detailing on my car was amazing (and much needed)! They have many options to meet your detailing needs! The owner Damon, came out and personally inspected my vehicle and assured me that I would be well taken care of. I was asked to wait in the waiting room which was very clean, especially the bathroom, wifi equipped and featured a TV and music to kill the time. While waiting any questions I had were addressed immediately. A customer that I spoke to while waiting loved the way that they cleaned his car and mentioned that he felt that this was the best detail shop in the area.

My husband’s car was being used for work before he got promoted to a company vehicle so I brought his car for detailing (it was filthy!!) 😂. When I called, the person on the phone was very professional and nice. When I arrived, he immediately did a walk around of the car and told me it would take 2 and 1/2 hours. I was given the WiFi and enjoyed the a/c and quiet waiting room. They finished a half an hour early and wow! The car looked great! The inside was spotless and smelled great! I had no complaints at all about the service and will definitely be bringing my own car next time!
