Called to inquire about a stretch limo transfer from John Wayne Airport for my niece's birthday. The representative was dismissive about my call stating it was "Prom Season", but she would try and change things around. I didn't really care for the tone nor demeanor in which she was treating a potential client at the get go, so I said "forget it, I'll call around". 1. For an international flight on FRIDAY AFTERNOON at LAX, the driver read the pick up time WRONG... and they asked me if they could pick up in an hour and half. I said well, NO cuz then we won't be able to catch the flight!
2. They said we could Uber and they will reimburse us for the ride to gain our trust back. I said OK and I stupidly believed them.
3. I sent them the Uber receipt and followed up with them. They said they already sent the check out.
4. THEN they just disappeared.... and we never received any reimbursement. No text back, no email replies... they just simply disappeared

I am beyond impressed with RSVP Limo and would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I booked a limo a couple of months ago, and on the day of the event, looked at my contract and realized I wrote the wrong day on the contract. I immediately panicked and contacted Carlos right away to see if there was anything he could do. He responded promptly and said he could take care of us. I was so relieved! Our driver Mike was awesome, and the kids attending the party had an amazing time! Thank you much RSVP Limo!

Chris the driver was punctual and very friendly. My whole family enjoyed their trip to Long Beach. Limousine was clean, comfortable and the drive was smooth. We will be booking another trip soon. We used the limo service for my niece and her friends to go to Prom. Carlos was amazing! The customer service provided was fantastic. He was patient and helpful, and was able to get us a limo with less than 3 days notice - for a Saturday night, no less! Chris (driver) was professional and kind, and he kept us updated as he hit traffic on his way. We will definitely use RSVP Limo and will recommend to our family and friends. We were very pleased with the service over all. Couldn't have asked for a better car service!

I first want to start off by thanking Carlos for helping me plan for my big day. He made my wedding day run smoothly. His staff was very professional and outgoing. Drove us around to different locations and even helped me get in and out of the limousine with my wedding dress. If anyone is looking for limousine services, you must go to them. We just used RSVP for my 30th this last weekend...I wanted to give them 5 stars even before we got on the party bus!! Nothing but amazing things to say about this company. Carlos and Mario are unreal and I immediately felt like they were my friends from the get go! Nothing but accommodating and professional. Rafael(sp?) was our driver and he was the best! Let me start off by saying I would use RSVP Limousine service again in a heart beat! Thank you Carlos for your quick response to our emails and your professionalism over the phone in answering all of our questions about our wine tasting trip to Temecula. Our limo was on time and our driver Mike was kind and courteous~He kept the limo clean and was there waiting to pick us up at each winery when called upon. He packed all of our purchases, made sure we had enough waters, ice, etc. Thank you again Carlos and Mike for making 9 girlies very happy with our day of winery hopping~It was amazing!!!! 18

Carlos was a great help and accommodating with the many changes we made. The day of our party our driver arrived and was friendly and sweet consideri g it was a limo for 7 kids! They all loved it and were sad that they don't get to go in it again. Next birthday my son wants to have a limo as well so we will be calling again in October!

What a disaster!!!!!!! First of all the it was a warm day in June 2016.. Prior to hiring rsvp limo, I spoke with the manager on the phone & asked does the AC work properly. He assured me that it was. Big mistake! I should have recorded the conversation. Not only was the AC barely working it blew Hottttt air and we miserable. Let's discuss the ride extremely bumpy, we could not even take pictures on the bus ride. They were blurry... I placed a call from the bus and course nothing could be done at this point. Placed several calls & sent many emails, before I received a response. Needles

The fact that I am driving myself to what is supposed to be our second pickup doesn't bode well for this review. The start to our vacation has been stressful because our driver didn't pick us up. While I understand that errors can be made, this isn't acceptable. Stay tuned for a final review based on whether or not the company makes this right.

I ordered a party bus for my birthday from RSVP to go wine tasting in Temecula and it was perfect! The bus was very large, had all the fun accessories, clean, and the driver was very friendly. We even ran a little late coming home and he was so understanding and nice about it. I would definetly reccomend them!
