CareConnect Transport was founded by four health care professionals with over 20 years of experience serving disabled and chronically ill clients throughout southern California. One of our founders is a licensed Registered Nurse with years of experience as a Case Manager who coordinates similar devices in the past.
We provide local transportation to and from doctors appointments, hospital discharges, etc. Our customers are welcome to schedule appointments to begin and end anywhere in the following cities:.
