We ended up renting for a few weeks and had the time our life. Outstanding customer service and support even while we were on the road.

Great experience! My wife and I had an RVshare reservation fall through last minute and found Miami RV rentals. This proved even better than what we had planned. This was our first experience in camping with an RV and it was amazing! The RV was easy to drive, even through harsh weather. When it rained, it was great to have a place indoors in which we could just relax and enjoy each other. The RV was pleasantly clean and the air conditioner was working perfectly. The bathrooms were great and the shower was a good size. Overall, this RV changed our ways of thinking. We were completely satisfied and will definitely do it again! Thank you Miami RV Rental.

Fantastic experience! From the reservation process to the instructional videos to the returning the RV! We had it for only 4 days but it was definitely a time that the entire family will remember. We just got back from South Carolina in a Class C RV, we had a great trip and everything worked as expected. The first day we got very delayed due to traffic and thanks to the concierge service included in the rental program they helped us find another campground and were able to kept our schedule. We were 7 travelers and 5 golf bags and everything had a place to be stored. It was our first RV trip and had no driving experience and thanks to the introduction crash course provided when picking-up the vehicle, we had a successful trip, no incidents and were able to make everything work. My wife and I had never rented an RV before so when we started in Miami for a trip around Florida we weren't sure what to expect. Miami RV Rentals did a great job of explaining the costs associated with the initial rental, the insurance, cost per mile, etc. Everything was done in a very straightforward and professional manner. This was the best experience that we did not expect.We planned out trip literally a day in advance and they were able to accommodate us.We reserved the RV on Thursday and picked it up on Friday.We did not have our paperwork but they did.Our representatives Dean and Lori?(not sure of name) meet us at the RV storage spot and took their time orienting us to the RV life.They were very thorough and patient in their instructions.

This was my first time renting an RV from anywhere and I will happily return. They walked me through the process of how to operate the RV, showed me what every button did and every light meant. When we returned the RV, they wanted to know how our trip went, if we had any issues and if there was anything to assist in the check out or check in process. We rented a 33 foot Minnie Winnie from Miami Rv rentals and I have to comment on the stellar service we received. I checked several rental places and although they are not the cheapest at first quote once I dive in deeper to the other places they turned out to be the best choice. The unit is brand new with only 8,000 miles on it. The whole process from beginning to the time we picked it up has exceeded my expectations. I found Miami RVs while shopping around for my first RV trip. I was ready to go with one of the big brands, but all the good reviews got my attention. All communication has been smooth, the staff is super friendly and was very accommodating to my needs. They are also very thorough and patient when teaching you the basics, I felt really safe.

After weeks of careful deliberation and visiting with a handful of other chain RV rental companies, it was apparent that Miami RV Rentals was the way to go. Their RV's are maintained in excellent condition which made for a hassel-free vacation thus far. We rented the Class C and found that it accommodated our party of 8 very well.
