I recently had surgery with doctor Richard Braver, and I can’t express how thankful I am that God put a doctor like him in my path. Dr. Braver is an accomplished foot surgeon with at least two decades of experience. I had a painful bone spur that I suffered with for nearly 2 years, and it was not going away. Dr. Braver and his team were able to perform an amazing corrective surgery on my heel with no pain. The recovery plan was explained with good information that helped me prepare for and understand this necessary process. This was the hardest part, but Dr. Braver and his staff helped me gauge my expectations and get me completely through it all. Thank you! It is nice to be able to walk without pain!

Dr. Braver is an excellent foot and ankle specialist, one who is willing to listen and diagnose accordingly, with in-house x-ray capability and a nearby surgical center. Last September I saw Dr. Braver due to a lot of pain in my right foot and it appeared my right big toe was swinging outward. He took several x-rays, made measurements and did a visual examination of my foot. First he noted I had a wart on each foot in approximately the same location. Two weeks earlier I had been to a dermatologist who misdiagnosed them as corns. My arch had collapsed years ago and the old orthotics were apparently no longer very supportive. Dr. Braver and Dr. Klimek are both extremely professional Podiatrists and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a Podiatrist. Every appointment that I had with them at their Riverdale, NJ office did not exceed a 5 minute wait time which meant a lot to me. Their medical assistant Debbie always greeted me with a smile and a positive can do attitude. I wish there were more Doctor's and Medical assistants like them!

I was recommended to Dr. Braver by a friend after I fractured a bone in my foot. It required minor surgery, which was performed by Dr. Braver. My foot has healed completely and I'm running again. Dr. Braver is the best Doctor that I have ever been to. My son is an elite runner and has a track scholarship for college. He suffered a stress fracture in his shin and we had an appt with an orthopedic sports medicine doctor in the morning and on the recommendation of a physical therapist friend, with Dr. Braver in the afternoon. The orthopedist told my son that he should start to run again and everything is fine. He didn't understand that wearing giant neon sneakers with reflectors on them aren't appropriate to wear to work. He insisted that I buy New Balance, then when I did he said it was the wrong shoe and sent me to Aetrex, where nothing fit properly. The first pair or orthotics he made couldn't bear my weight and combined with the Aetrex sneaker immensely contributed to my knee and hip pain to the point that I just couldn't do it anymore.
