In 1989, he completed his undergraduate degree at Indiana University in Indianapolis. He continued onto the Indiana University School of Dentistry, which he graduated from in 1993.

They charged me a as tremendous amount of money to try Invisalign to turn a crooked tooth. They stated they would “make things right” if it didn’t work, since I wasn’t a dentist and was relying on their recommendation. After I had come in for constant appointments and paid endless fees after a year and a half they told me that it would work unless… I did it for 2 more years and even then they had no idea. They did not make anything right and charged me for everything. I continued to see them, where they continually lied about rectifying the charges despite the ludicrous

After nearly 82 years I finally had my first toothache and it was a dandy! It was difficult to open my mouth and one side of my face was so swollen it looked like a chipmunk. A friend recommended Dr. Higgs and I was fortunate to get an appointment. I had a molar removed and bone graft plus a root canal and crown on the second tooth. Since I am a dental coward, I was expecting a lot of pain during and following the procedures. I have had absolutely NO pain!! Not only is Dr. Higgs a great dentist, but his staff is outstanding. They all have great attitudes and are professional.

I am beyond grateful to have found Dr. Higgs and his staff! They are all so comforting and kind. I was so fearful to have any work done due to past experiences and they have been so understanding. Office is beautiful, staff greets you by your name and communication is always clear and prompt. I’ve already referred friends and family. You will not be disappointed!

Love this place!!! Dr Higgs is the best! Had to get a crown and was a little nervous since I’ve never had one. He asked if I wanted laughing has to help calm me down. I declined he kept checking in with me during the whole procedure to make sure I was doing ok which I was. They make the crown right on site which is nice so you don’t have to go back another day to have it put on which was amazing. To top it off he called to check on me that night around 7:30 to make sure everything was still good and see if I had any questions. You can tell he truly cares for his patients. I’ve never had a

Dr. Higgs and his staff are beyond great. I have been a patient there for at least 15 years. I drive from Prescott for my dental care as I know from experience that their work is beyond any dental practice I have ever used. Since I am 80 years old I have had lots of experience in knowing what is good dental care and what isn't. Try them. You will love them as I do.

Wow! From scheduling, walking in the door for my first visit, greetings from all staff, clean, friendly and attentive...I could go on. Dr. Higgs and staff are all friendly, patient and kind. I have a lot of anxiety with going to a dentist, especially finding a new one. They put all my fears at ease. They offer options that many places don't have so I am confident I found my place. I'll be setting up my husbands appointment next! So happy to have found Aquila Dental!
