Service here is amazing! Such a friendly staff. They made me feel so welcome and taken care of. Asked me if I needed a ride even! I was very impressed at the way they got me in on such a late notice and had my car back to me in the same day. The prices here are AMAZING. I didn’t feel like they were up charging me at all which is amazing because at other repair shops I have. Definitely can tell they care about their customers. I will be coming here from now on and I HIGHLY suggest them. To all the staff, especially Dave, thank you!

After my dealership couldn’t fix my car I took it into torbecks for suspension and brakes and David took care of it. My car drives like it’s fresh off of the lot. Not to mention they even washed my car as a courtesy. If your looking for quality repairs and mechanics you can trust then this is the place. I’m glad I finally found a great mechanic.

My boyfriend took our Ford Edge to Dan to fix our Hub assembly, once we got the car back it was still making a noise. He took it to someone else and they said that it was forced on. Once he found this out he call the shop to talk to Dan to see what was going on and talk about the issue and a lady answer and immediately started being very rude and screaming at him and told him that he couldn't talk to him so he hung and called me. I then called and asked to talk to Dan and the same lady answered the phone and immediately was very rude and told us that we would not be speaking to Dan. I would not

Went to Torbeck Auto Repair in September 2020 I experienced very nasty attitude i took my car in for check engine light on and car over heating after I received my car back from them there was multiple leaks in the car and the issue of the check engine light on was never addressed they cleared the light and they lied about work that was supposed to have been done I will never allow them to service my car again and will not recommend this shop.

I had a very bad experience with this shop some time back. From the time I entered into the shop. I got Bad vibes, got stared at crazy by an employee in the back. Long story short, I was taking advantage of. If I had been in a better place, I would have filed a case in court. I was ridiculously over charged, the work was shotty. I had to bring it back to be, redone. The owner was nice/nasty. Honest work with detailed recommendations. Choose what you want to do now and come back for any extras. Cost summary per item. I have a 2005 Accord that has, well, some issues at 200k. Got the needed items done and I'll be back for a few less urgent items! Ask for a loaner to cover your work day(s) while your car is in the shop! If you want to keep owning your car and avoid paying your hard earned cash EVERY month to the dealership, this is a good way to go!
