Great customer service checking in and out. Very polite, helpful and friendly. The cabin itself (woody' clubhouse) was not great. Half the lights and blinds didn't work, no TV channels or batteries in remotes, facilities and utensils very old and dated, rooms were dark, minimal covers on beds so froze at night, place was run down and dirty with previous tenants trash everywhere. Price was extortionate for quality of accomadation. Feel very ripped off.

Had a nice 4 nights here leading up to Christmas. Responsive texts in regards to questions. They contacted me before to make sure everything was in order. Unit was clean and smelt good. Perfect size for 4 of us! Thanks for the free wine as well :)

Stayed there during Xmas, two families together. Unit was not big but cozy, all sorts of kitchen utensils, enough beds as described. Had a wonderful time there. Host/Lake Tahoe accommodations are very friendly, responsive and helpful. Checked with us for arrival time, gave checkin instructions in case we got late; welcomed us with a bottle of wine; later on, we got stuck with the storm. Office lady was kind enough to extend one more night for us with very good price. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The folks at Lake Tahoe accommodations were very responsive when we arrived during a bad snow storm. They brought us snow shovels immediately, and sent someone over to trouble shoot when the power went out. They were also very accommodating when we had to extend our stay due to road closures.

Everything about our stay was great! From key pickup to key drop-off. The house was plenty big for our party of 13. We had great views of Tahoe and the incredible landscape surrounding the lake! We definitely plan to book through this group again in the future; really looking forward to plan our next trip back.

This was our 5th time booking with Lake Tahoe Accommodations and we always receive excellent customer service. Booking was easy with the help of Mavis and the other employees there. Our cabin was clean and well stocked with essentials for a week long stay. My family and I will continue to book with them for our annual summer trip to Tahoe.
