I understand no returns on fabrics, but this place DOES have a remnant section where they could have used this four-yard piece. I would have taken just half the price of what I paid for the fabric. But they were not flexible at all.
Unfortunately, there are not many fabric places any longer, so the customer is somewhat stuck with 1502.
I would search elsewhere before ever going to 1502 again!

TONS of beautiful fabrics and very reasonable prices. The discounted fabrics aisle at the back of the store was larger and had more selection than any I've ever seen. The staff was helpful AND the entire store is air-conditioned for the customer's comfort, unlike many large fabric stores. Will most definitely be a repeat customer!

Kate took away the anxiety I was feeling of not knowing if what I was looking at, online, was 1. the true color, and 2. what is the texture. I looked at websites and made calls over 3 days trying to decide. It's very difficult to unless your in the presence of the material.
a. Kate answered the phone.
b. Was very pleasant.
c. She asked question to determine what I wanted.
d. She listen.
e. Made suggestion.
d. She took me around the warehouse (facetime).
It was so nice. If she had not done this, I would have chosen the wrong material.

Online shopping has AMAZING customer service. I haven't been to the store, but ordered several samples to find fabric to spruce up my place - throw pillows, upholstery , etc. The shipping is prompt and when I had a question, it was answered via email in less than 24 hours. The prices are competitive and the customer service impressive. Plus, the fabric selection for home decorating projects inspires so many ideas.

My heart is sad because this is the first time that I've returned to this store since my mom passed away. We've purchased so much fabric from here in the past, but I didn't recognize any of the women working today. I went in to purchase fabric and two of them walked past me and did not ask if I needed help. I didn't say anything because one girl walked behind me pretending to do what I don't know but she was walking to fast to Read the labels so I thought she was a customer following behind a family who passed by seconds before- until I saw the scissors I her back pocket

The first time I walked into 1502, I was speechless! It is a huge store filled with endless inspiration and thousands of designer fabrics...with prices as low as $4.99 a yard! Many decorative trims and pillow forms including down (hard to find anywhere else!). Very helpful, friendly staff. They can also custom make window treatments, bedding and other products! One of my favorite places to shop!

I was leary about going here b/c most of the pics just show cotton and brightly colored fabrics. I was searching for upholstery weight fabrics of all types and color combos. I also love remnants. I hesitated about going but went anyways since we were just in town for a short time. I'm soooo glad we went! The selection is HUGE!!! They carry all types, textures, colors and prices!!!! This is a fabric lovers dream!! I can hardly wait to go back when we return in 6 months again!!!

These people are awesome!!! Their customer service truly goes above and beyond. Also they have a wonderful selection of fabric both in the store and online. Also their prices are the lowest I can find. They were a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. By far this is the best fabric store around! I no longer live in the state and I still only order from them!
