All our upholstery has unique channeled backs and are filled with siliconized fiber, preventing flattening or shifting. Just received two condo-sized Decor-Rest sofas, a sofa bed and marble coffee table that we bought through SHA Design. All gorgeous pieces of furniture. We’re repeat Decor-Rest customers and love the look and durability of their Canadian-made products. A shout out to Vincent and Juan who delivered the furniture. Everything arrived on time, was carefully and quickly assembled and all packaging efficiently removed. Looking forward to enjoying our new purchase for many years to come.

I own 2 pieces of Decor-Rest furniture that I bought from from the Sears Home stores. I contacted Decor-Rest and explained my problem to them and they forwarded me to their customer relations department where I left a message detailing my issue. I got a call back the next day from the person that had been responsible for the Sears sales account. I was very surprised. When she understood my problem, she set about to solve it quickly and efficiently for me. I am sure I was well outside the warranty period but they stood behind their products. We have had our Decor-Rest couch since 2015 and we love it. It has survived a brand new puppy and hours of sitting, napping, lounging, entertaining and spills. You name it and that couch has dealt with it. We love it so much that we are presently looking to buy a second one for our basement. The cushions stay plush and well shaped and we have even put the cushion fabric through the wash (cold cycle, air dry) after a puppy accident and it came out like new. My husband and I received delivery of our new family room furniture, last week. Delivery was prompt and the men were pleasant and efficient. We have purchased Decor-Rest furniture for many years and have never been disappointed. This time was no different. The construction and quality is excellent. We asked for a softer cushion on all the pieces, and got exactly that. Each piece, including the recliner, is extremely comfortable. The best part is that you would never know it's a recliner, it just looks like a comfortable armchair. We had lots of choices for fabrics and colours and after some indecision

I have just received my sectional couch from Decor Rest. The quality of the couch is exceptional. The fabric is high-quality and very durable. It is also very evident that the couch has been made my experts who know exactly what they are doing.. You can never beat a Canadian made product! The service has also been exceptional and it has been a pleasure to deal with all parties involved from this company. I would highly recommend all of their products if you are looking for great quality that will last you for the foreseeable future. 5 stars :)

First and foremost, I truly cannot say enough good things about the customer service of this company and quality of their products. My fiancee and I bought our first home recently and knew it was time to search for quality pieces to fill it. We knew we wanted to go with Decor-Rest (they have an excellent reputation) and ended up settling on the Bay Street Sectional. When it comes to a couch that is going to get daily use, I knew we needed to invest in a piece that would stand the test of time. I have no interest in paying for a cheap couch, only to have to replace it in a few years time. Unfortunately
