I applied for a apartment and didn't get approved and now I'm fighting to get my deposit back and corporate is giving me a hard time!!! Why was my deposit even cash if i wasn't approved?? And why am i getting the run arounds about my money?? I am disabled and on a fixed income and i gave my money in good faith! I was told by corporate that a check was sent out over a week ago so maybe i need to check with my post office! I have had no problems receiving my mail but i gave Westbrook a deposit on April the 15th and today is May 21st! This is so wrong!!!

Was originally 5 stars but down to 3 because over the last year the quality of the grounds has dipped considerably. Very little grass, all you see is weeds...dandilions, clovers etc. Apparently there was no weed treatment done in the spring. The dog park is completely weeds and only seems to get mowed once every few weeks. Disappointing because it wasn't like this when I moved in 2 years ago

We moved to Kokomo a little less than a year ago and couldn't be happier with our decision to live at Westbrook. The office staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful. The maintenance staff has provided prompt solution to any issue we've faced. We didn't get a chance to visit before we moved in, but we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the closets (great storage!), and the overall spacious feeling of the apartment (so much sunlight through the slider!). The complex is quiet, and everyone has been friendly. A great place to live!

The office staff is the very best in the business. Very kind, caring, understanding, and is one of the very best places I have ever lived.
The maintenance staff is also the very best in the business. Very prompt, very respectful, and will quickly fix any of your problems with the best attitude and best skill in the business!
You will not find a better place in Kokomo to live with it comes to apartments period! Safety, cleanliness, ease of access, amenities, and the people who work for and live in these apartments at Westbrook are just the beginning reasons for living here!
